With the rapid development of knowledge economy, human capital has become a key resource in modern enterprise development, especially for private enterprises. Staff with high-quality and rich in knowledge gradually becomes the core competition advantage of the enterprise. However, the flow of knowledge-based employees tend to be frequent, employee turnover has become the important factor to hinder the development of the enterprise.Private hospitals as part of private enterprises will inevitably face the employee turnover phenomenon. With the continuous development of the reform, in addition to facing fierce public hospital and the external competition, operators and managers in private hospital need to consider how to carry on the management, develop good employee relations, keep knowledge-based employees, improve employee satisfaction, reduce turnover intention and retain knowledge workers. These become the focus of reform and development for private hospital.Therefore, this paper selects the shanxi renjing hospital as the research object and makes actual investigation in turnover intention of knowledge-based employees. The full text is divided into six chapters, firstly, paper described the research background, the domestic and foreign research present situation, the purpose and significance of the content; then elaborated the existing studying of turnover problem for knowledge-based employees so that lay the foundation for this research; the third part is the design and analysis of the samples on the investigation and research, by combining the situation of sanxi renjing hospital knowledge employee flow, proposes the research model and hypotheses, design the questionnaire, and to test and modify, eventually forming the questionnaire structure; through the analysis of the questionnaire and the data, paper made further research on stuff turnover intention from people’s job satisfaction. Finally, on the basis of the analysis, put forward to suggestions how to reduce the turnover rate of knowledge-based employees, and draw conclusions so that it can provides the reference for the study of turnover problem between knowledge-based staffs in private enterprise.
