Clinical Effect Study Of Shaobei Injection Injected Subcutaneously In Chronic Perianal Eczema With The Pathogenesis Of Blood Deficiency And Wind Dryness

ObjectiveTo observe the clinic efficacy and safety of Shaobei Injection through subcutaneous injection in the treatment of chronic perianal eczema of blood-deficiency and wind-dryness pattern,to provide a safer and more efficient treatment method for chronic perianal eczema of blood-deficiency and wind-dryness pattern.Methods60 patients in Wangjing Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medicine Sciences were divided into test group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to random number table.All cases in the test group were treated with subcutaneous injection of Shaobei Injection,while patients in the control group were treated with block therapy by methylene blue.The efficacy,iving quality index and skin lesions were evaluated before operation and 2 weeks after operation.All the patients were followed up to observe recurrence.This study used statistical software SPSS20.0 for data processing and related statistical analysis to assess clinical efficacy.ResultsBefore treatment,there was no significant difference between the test group and the control group in the following indicators(p>0.05):gender,age,pruritus degree.daily itching duration.skin lesion area,quality of life and skin lesions.After 2 weeks of treatment,the test group and the control group showed statistically significant difference(p<0.05)in the degree of itching(0.37VS0.93,P=0.Oil),daily itching duration(0.33VS0.83,p=0.01).quality of life(1.7VS2.23.p=0.013),lesion lichenification(0.67VS1.3.p=0),and lesion pigmentation(0.67VS1.07,p=0.002),with no significant difference(p>0.05)in lesion area(0.67VS0.90,p=0.23)and lesion exfoliation(0.50VS0.50,p=1).After treatment,the results were evaluated.In the test group,13 cases were cured,8 markedly effective,7effective.2 ineffective,with a total effective rate of 93.3%.In the control group.8 cases were cured,6 cases markedly effective,8 cases effective,and 8 cases ineffective,with a total effective rate of 73.3%.The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically different(p<0.05),and no adverse reactions occurred during the treatment.The patients were followed up 3 months after treatment.The recurrence rate was 4.76%(1 case)in the test group and 42.86%(6 cases)in the control group.The recurrence rate of the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).ConclusionSubcutaneous injection of Shaobei Injection can both safely improve the degree of pruritus,itching,skin lesions and quality of life in patients with chronic perianal eczema,and the recurence rate is low,which is worthy of clinical application.
