Clinical Efficacy Study Of Buxue Xiaofeng Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Perianal Eczema With Blood Deficiency And Wind-dryness

Objective: In this trial,patients diagnosed as Xuexufengzao s type perianal eczema by traditional Chinese medicine and patients diagnosed as chronic perianal eczema by western medicine were randomly grouped.Under the guidance of Professor Xiong Zhiyan,the medicine used Buxuexiaofeng decoction.We observed the degree of change(improvement)in the scores of patients in both groups.Such as Anal itch score,itch duration score,anal skin lesion area,quality of life score,safety assessment and recurrence rate etc.Methods: In this study,70 patients From January 1,2020 to December 31,2020 diagnosed in the Anorectal Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine were selected.They were diagnosed as Xuexufengzao type perianal eczema by traditional Chinese medicine,and diagnosed as chronic perianal eczema by western medicine,with an age range of 18-60 years.Seventy patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to time sequence,with 35 patients in each group.The treatment group was given Buxuexiaofeng decoction,150 ml,bid.which was prepared by the Department of Pharmacy of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine.The control group was given Ebastin tablet,10 mg Qd.After 2 weeks of treatment,the efficacy indexes and safety indexes of 2 groups of patients were observed.Follow-up was performed 2 months after the treatment.Results: Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in the score comparison between the two groups(P > 0.05),which was comparable.Such as age,number of men and women,duration of disease,outcome indicators,quality of life scores;The scores of both groups were decreased after treatment,and there were statistically significant differences between the scores of both groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).means that methods of two groups of can improve the symptoms of perianal eczema.After treatment,the scores of the two groups were compared.After the scores of observation indicators(anal itching degree,itching duration,anal skin lesion area)were compared,the P value was 0.023,0.011,0.514.Two observation indexes(anal pruritus degree,pruritus duration),P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,which proved that the treatment group had better efficacy than the control group;The score of observation index(anal skin lesion area),P=0.514 >;0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,which proved that the two groups had the same effect in reducing the area of skin injury.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.625%.The total effective rate of the control group was 71.875%,P = 0.002<0.05.means that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Buxue xiaofeng decoction has a significant clinical effect on the treatment of chronic perianal eczema with Xuexufengzao type.While improving the symptoms of PE patients,the mental,psychological and social problems have also been significantly improved.Its therapeutic significance is more profound.Compared with the recurrence rate,it shows a higher long-term efficacy,so it is more worthy of clinical promotion.
