The Clinical Research Of Medical-thread Moxibustion With Acupuncture In Treating Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands Of Ganyu Qizhi Syndrome

ObjectiveObservation and evaluation about the clinical efficiency of medicated-thread moxibustion combined with acupuncture to treat the hyperplasia of mammary glands of Ganyu Qizhi syndrome,and to provide new ideas and new ways for an effective method of this disease by the synthetical therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,and to expand the variety of adaptive diseases of the medicated-thread moxibustion.MethodsIn this clinical trial,70 subjects with cyclomastopathy with liver stagnation and qi stagnation were included.There had two group in this clinical study,the acupuncture group(control group)and acupuncture with the medicated-thread moxibustion group(treatment group).The points for acupuncture were chose RN17,GB21,both,LR14,both,ST36,both,SP6,both,LR3,both,PC6,both,and when the needling sensation arrived,maintained for 30 minis.Besides acupuncture,the treatment group selected local plum points,Sill,both,BL18,both,BL23,both to carry out medicated-thread moxibustion.The treatment was once every other day,3 times a week,except the time of menstruation,one menstrual cycle for a course of treatment,totally three periods.Record the main symptoms of cyclomastopathy,Ganyu Qizhi syndrome and angst scale,and established database.Finally,analyze and observed the results by using the SPSS22.0.ResultsAbout the age,course of disease,reproductive history,breast-feeding history and family history of breast cancer did not differ between two groups.The main symptoms and accompanying symptom scores and SAS scores were almost conform to before(P>0.05).After all treatments,two group' s total efficiency were 75%and 69.7%,which was proved analogical(P<0.05).So the efficiency of treatment group was similar to another group.In the presenting symptoms,the effect of the two groups' breast Pain,texture and size of the masses and overall scores were polished up(P<0.05).The effectiveness of treatment group' s hardness and size about the masses was ameliorated(P<0.05).About the syndromes of Ganyu Qizhi,both two groups could polish up the breast tenderness,emotion,vexation,thoracic and hypochondrium fullness,changes of lump,abnormal menstruation and dysmenorrheal,whenever the treatment group was preferable to the matched group in treatment of breast tenderness,emotion,vexation,thoracic and hypochondrium fullness,changes of lump and outcomes scores.(P<0.05).Besides,the scores of SAS and the Psychogenic and Physical dimensions of two groups were polished up(P<0.05),and the efficacy of the treatment group in the overall rating and the Psychogenic dimension was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe results of this clinical observation suggest that the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with medicated-thread moxibustion in treating the Patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland of Ganyu Qizhi Syndrome is similar to treatment of routine acupuncture in improvement rate of breast Pain,texture and size of the masses.About ameliorating breast masses'texture and size,united treatment is obviously superior to use acupuncture alone.In addition,it can significantly improve the Patients' breast tenderness,emotion,vexation,thoracic and hypochondrium fullness,changes of lump,and so on.It can regulate the mental anxiety of Patients.Totally,the results show that acupuncture combined with medicated-thread moxibustion can improve the main symptoms and TCM syndrome of Patients with Ganyu Qizhi Syndrome,and it can also help to regulate human ' s mental anxiety,which can enrich the clinical management,and enhance the better life of breast hyperplasia people.
