The Study Of Treating Hyperpiesia Of Mammary Glands Of Stagnation Of Liver-Qi And Spleen Deficiency

Objective①This study is to observe the effect of acupoint sticking method to treat Liver Qi stagnation and Spleen deficiency type of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands (HMG), so as to explore its mechanism of action and safety and also provide a reference for clinical application.②To use Self-Rating Sub-Health Scale (SRSHS) for test, so as to explore the correlation between Liver Qi stagnation and Spleen deficiency type of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands, and then evaluate the affection of acupoint sticking method on sub-health state of the patients of Liver Qistagnation and Spleen deficiency type of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands.Methods63patients from the breast clinic and acupuncture clinic of the First affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group (33cases) and control group (30cases). The treatment group was given acupoint sticking method in Qihai, Tianshu, Jianjing, Qimen, Guanyuan, Zusanli, Danzhong and Taichong,3times a week,6～8hours each time. The control group was given Electro-acupuncture on the same acupoints.30min each time, same frequency.28days for a course of treatment, consecutive two courses, stop treatment during periods. Scores of breast pain, lumps, Liver Qi stagnation and Spleen deficiency symptoms are recorded together with scores and degree of sub-health state were recorded before treatment, after a course of treatment, after two courses of treatment and3months after the end of all treatments. All observed data is analyzed by SPSS17.0software. Results①Two groups of patients before treatment whose health score compared with that of age-matched healthy women sees a significant statistical differences (P<0.001); their inferior health score were higher.②Before and after treatment, correlation analysis between symptoms and signs score and sub-health state score of two groups shows before and after treatment, there is a significant positive correlation between total score of breast pain, lump and symptoms and sub-health state (P<0.001).③Four repeated measurement results of before treatment,1treatment course,2treatment course and3months after the end of treatment shows that with continuing treatment, total scores of symptoms and scores of sub-health state are going to a good development trend, they are reducing. However, scores of symptoms and sub-health state of treatment group reduces more than that of control group.3months after the end of treatment, the recent curative effect for breast pain and lump of treatment group is better. Its total effective rate was100%, while it is76.7%in control group. A significant statistical difference is seen between two groups (P<0.01). Sub-health state is obviously improved.Conclusion①Acupoint sticking method has effect of treating body and mind together with tiny side effects. It is an effective method for the treatment of Mammary glands.②The more obvious of breast pain and lumps and the more are, the more severe of the negative emotional state of Live Qi stagnation and Spleen deficiency syndrome the patients will suffer, thus causes degree of sub-health state to rise.
