Curative Effects Evalution Of The Therapy About Scraping And Acupoint Catgut Embedding Combined With Medicated Thread Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands

Objective: To objective evaluate the curative effects of the therapy about Scraping and Acupoint catgut embedding combined with Medicated thread moxibustion in the treatment of Hyperplasia of mammary glands,provide new ideas and new ways for the treatment of combining with various therapy of Acupuncture for mammary gland hyperplasia.Methods: To find the mammary gland patients from Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi College of traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture clinic,Department of breast surgery,and physical examination center,get the conditions selected in 80 cases of mammary gland hyperplasia,according to random number divided them into 2groups and 40 cases in each group,the treatment group(therapy of Scraping and Acupoint catgut embedding combined with Medicated thread moxibustion)and control group(yan lu ru kang capsules).The treatment group uesed the therapy of Scraping and Acupoint catgut embedding combined with Medicated thread moxibustion,10 days 1 times.The control group take the capsules of yan lu ru kang,4 tablets each time,3 times a day.The two groups all started the treatment 3 days after menstruation,and stopped when menstruation come,20 days for a course.Stat the deta after three courses of treatment(three menstrual cycles).Before and after the treatment,the two groups set observation index of pain score,breast mass change(hardness,distribution range and size),accompanying symptom,Color B ultrasound examination,the adverse reaction,and long term follow-up etc.create data tables,and use the Statistical software for statistical analysis,and then come to conclusion,to evaluate the curative effects of the therapy about scraping and acupoint catgut embedding combined with medicated thread moxibustion in the treatment of Hyperplasia of mammary glands.All cases were accordance with the degree of breast pain,breast lumps,whole body accompany symptoms score statistics before and after treatment and establish data table.Then used the statistical software for statistical and observations.Results: According to the 80 patients' clinical observation,we had final finished 77 effective cases,detached 3 cases,2 were in the treatment group.The final statistical results prompt:(1)Compare the treatment group's and the control group's tenderness,hardness,size,range,and the concomitant symptoms of breast lumps,by t-test show that:(1)Before treatment: Compared with the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)After treatment: Compared with the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of treatment group and control group before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).from the above points,the tenderness,hardness,size,range,and the concomitant symptoms of breast lumps are improved obviously in either group,however the treatment group's is better.(2)After treatment,comparing with the total effect of the two groups,38 patients in the treatment group,19 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,the effective rate is 92.11%.39 patients in the treatment group,9 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were effective,12 cases were ineffective,the effective rate is 69.23%.In the line of analysis of rank sum test,Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),it was said that the effect of treatment group was better than the control group.(3)Comparison of curative effect of fourth month follow-up:Cases of the treatment group,19 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,the effective rate is 89.47%.Cases of the treatment group,9 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,14 cases were ineffective,the effective rate is 64.10%.In the line of analysis of rank sum test,Comparison of curative effect of fourth month follow-up between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),that the curative effect of fourth month follow-up of the treatment group was better than the control group.(4)Comparison of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group:2 was in the treatment,3 was in the control,by the Chi-square test analysis,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The therapy of Scraping and Catgut Implantation at acupoint combined with Medicated Thread Moxibustion in the treatment of breast hyperplasia can effectively alleviate the degree of breast pain,improved breast mass(hardness,distribution range and sie),reduce or eliminate accompanying symptom of breast hyperplasia.The therapy is a good way to treat this disease,which effect was remarkable better than the control group of yan lu ru kang capsules.(2)The therapy of Scraping and Catgut Implantation at acupoint combined with Medicated Thread Moxibustion in the treatment of breast hyperplasia,a comprehensive treatment method with good long-term effect,lasting effect and green safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion that provide new ideas and new ways for the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands with the combination of acupuncture and moxibustion.
