The Effect Of The Method Of Emotional Management Includes Citrus Medica&Rhizoma Cyperi Unite Music Therapy And Baduanjin In Patients With Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands And Anxiety

Objective By comparing the improvement of main symptoms,concomitant symptoms,TCM symptoms and anxiety-related indexes of liver depression and Phlegm coagulation type hyperplasia of mammary glands between experimental group and control group,we analyzed whether the emotional management of Citrus medica&Rhizoma cyperi unite Music therapy and Baduanjin has superiority and that’s worth popularizing in improving the symptoms of hyperplasia of mammary glands accompanied with anxiety and the corresponding index,so as to guide clinical practice and optimize the clinical treatment plan of this disease.Methods From October 2019 to January 2020,a randomized controlled trial was conducted based on diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Sixty-six patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands with stagnation of liver depression and Phlegm coagulation were selected from the out-patient Department of mammary gland in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University.In the control group,Xiaoyao Loubei powder,one dose per day,boiled to 300ml with proper amount of water,and it’s taken twice.While the experimental group add Chinese medicine non-drug emotion management method(Citrus medica aromatherapy&Rhizoma cyperi aromatherapy+Horn tune music appreciation+Baduanjin exercise),Citrus medica&Rhizoma cyperi day and night smell,daily Horn tune music appreciation and Baduanjin exercise,one month for one course.Such kind of intervention continued 3 months.The main symptoms,accompanying symptoms,TCM symptoms and SAS anxiety self-rating scale were scored before the beginning of the intervention,after each course of intervention and the completion of all three courses of treatment.We recorded data into the database.And sPSS16.0 was used for data analysis.Results During the course of treatment,5 patients withdrew from the trial automatically because of observation time and personal accidents.Among them,3 patients were in the experimental group,while 2 were in the control group.Finally 30 patients in the experimental group and 31 people in the control group were enrolled in the study.A total of 61 patiernts were selected.After 3 months of treatment,the data of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the conclusions were as follows:1.The total effective rate was 96.7%in the experimental group and 93.5%in the control group.The difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).2.The difference of the scores of the main symptoms before and after treatment in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(p<0.05).In every detail comparison,the experimental group was better than the control group in the two scores of breast pain and the hardness of the mass(p<0.05).3.For the accompanying symptoms,compared with the control group before and after treatment,the experimental group was better than the control group(p<0.05),in which the experimental group was better than the control group in improving the mood(p<0.001),4.Chinese Medicine Symptom score comparison,the experimental group and the Control Group treatment are effective,in each detail score comparison,the experimental group improves the depression irritability one obviously better than the control group(p<0.001),the pain degree,mass texture,insomnia and pulse were better than those of the control group(p<0.05).5.SAS self-rating anxiety scale score,the two groups in the total score after treatment were significantly improved.The difference scores between the two groups were p<0.05,which indicated that the experimental group was superior to the control group in terms of psychological factors(p<0.05).Conclusion The results of this clinical experiment show that the The Method of emotional management Includes Citrus medica&Rhizoma cyperi unite Music therapy and Baduanj in and Xiaoyao Loubei powder for the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands with anxiety and Xiaoyao Loubei powder alone has the same clinical effect,that can effectively improve the related symptoms of patients.But for reducing breast pain,improving the texture of the lump,and reducing insomnia,especially improving mood,the emotional management method Includes Citrus medica&Rhizoma cyperi unite Music therapy and Baduanjin with Xiaoyao LouBeisan is obviously superior to the treatment of single prescription.This method is economical,safe,and no obvious adverse reaction,It’s simple and easy to be carried out.Sure it’s worth introducing and popularizing in clinic to improve the cure rate and life quality of patients.
