Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Basic Public Health Services In Qujing City

In order to enhance the people's health management and services,improve the health of people,China government will implement the basic public health service countrywide,which is taken as the key of the health care reform.It will be provided by national health department for free.With the increasing service items,the number of people served and the amount of funding,how to do the service,improve the service quality,improve the funding efficiency is a difficulty of the health management department,also the focus of academic research.This paper analyzed the basic public health service policy,service ability and the status of the service in Qujing city,as well as the use of funding and the rate of the performance appraisal management,summarized the service,analyzes the existing problems and the causes,suggested corresponding countermeasures.This paper provides reference for decision-making.This paper is based on the the health data collected from city,county,towns and villages four administration level of Qujing.Literature method,expert consultation method,empirical research and other research methods has been used.Qualitative research and quantitative analysis are used in this paper.On the whole,since the implementing of basic public health services in Qujing,remarkable progress has been made in all aspects,and it has played a positive role in improving the health of the people.But there are still some problems in the implementation process: the first one is all levels of public health units and units of service ability,the second one is the fund management mechanism needs to be improved,the third one is the service quality is not high,the fourth is the lack of effective evaluation and supervision mechanism,the fifth is the publicity and information construction has to be further increased.Therefore,we should put effort on strengthening public service functions,increasing investment,optimizing management,and improving service quality and efficiency.According to the actual situation of Qujing,we can effectively solve the existing basic public health service problem in Qujing city by improving the service capabilities,the funding management mechanism,the work quality evaluation system and the system management system.
