Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Basic Public Health Services In Linhu Town,Suzhou City

In 2009,China launched its first basic public health service project,aimed at improving people’s health levels and promoting social development.In 2017,the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the rural revitalization strategy and clearly stated that by 2035,the equalization of basic public services will be basically achieved.With the development of social modernization in China,the new era has put forward new requirements for basic public health services in rural areas.The No.1 central document of the Central Committee of the CPC in 2023 puts rural development as the top priority,emphasizing the need to comprehensively improve the capacity of basic public services in rural areas.At present,the development of basic public health services in China has achieved significant results,but the problem of basic public health services is still prominent,especially in rural areas,where there is a certain lag in the development of basic public health services.This article takes Linhu Town,Suzhou City as the survey site.Through extensive reading of literature and materials,we have gained a certain understanding of the local economic and social development situation and the development overview of basic public health services.Based on this,we conducted a survey on the current situation of basic public health services in rural areas through a resident satisfaction survey questionnaire.Through data analysis,induction and summary,we identified the problems and provided targeted suggestions.Research has found that the main problems with basic public health services in Linhu Town are weak infrastructure of public health services,lack of public health talents,low awareness of public health service projects,and low penetration rate of basic public health services.These problems are closely related to the imperfect public health service mechanism,insufficient publicity by government departments,lack of grassroots government service concepts,and lack of effective supervision.In this regard,the author believes that improvements can be made in the following aspects:firstly,establish a sound public health service mechanism;secondly,increase publicity efforts;thirdly,establish the service concept of "service first and health first";fourthly,improve the social supervision and evaluation mechanism.I hope that this study can provide assistance for the healthy development of basic public health services in rural areas of Linhu Town,and also provide reference for the equalization of basic public health services in China.
