| Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of jieyu tongfu decoction in the treatment of liver qi stagnation type functional constipation,and to make an objective evaluation.Methods:From October 2017 to September 2018,60 cases of patients with liver qi stagnation were selected to visit the spleen and stomach specialist clinic of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and met the diagnostic criteria of functional constipation(FC).According to the order of treatment,they were randomly divided into treatment group(traditional chinese medicine group)and control group(western medicine group).During the study,1 person was lost in the treatment group,and a total of 59 patients participated in the statistics,including 29 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,and total score of TCM symptoms,which was comparable(P>0.05).The treatment group was treated with jieyu tongfu decoction,and the control group was treated with western medicine lactulose oral solution combined with moxapride citrate dispersive tablets.The course of treatment was 2 weeks in bothgroups,and the safety indicators of the two groups were examined once before and after treatment.Patients who were clinically cured,markedly effective,and effective were followed up 2 months after the end of the treatment course to understand their recurrence.Results:1.In the treatment group,8 cases were clinically cured,11 cases were effective,8 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.1%,Cure +significant efficiency rate was 65.6%..Control group were 4 cases,8 cases,14 cases,4 cases,the total effective rate was 86.7%,Cure+ significant efficiency 40%.The total effective rate of the two groups was P > 0.05,no statistical difference.Cure + significant efficiency P < 0.05,with statistical difference,indicating that the treatment group is superior to the control group in the improvement of TCM symptoms.2.The total score comparison of TCM syndromes between the two groups before treatment showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),which was comparable;In the two groups after treatment symptoms are lower than before treatment,there was a significant difference in the total scores before and after treatment in the two group(P < 0.01),the difference was statistically significant;There was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the improvement of the four symptoms of “defecation of defecation”,“defecation time”,“thoracic chest fullness”,“irritability or depression”(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in the improvement of other symptoms(P>0.05).The results indicated that the treatment group was more effective in relieving TCM symptoms.3.There was a significant difference in the effective time of the first defecation between the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in the effective time of defecation.4.Two months after the end of the treatment,the two groups of patients with clinical recovery,markedly effective and effective were followed up.The recurrence rate was 14.8% in the treatment group and 42.3% in the control group.The comparison of the recurrence rate was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the long-term efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Two treatments have obvious effect in the treatment of the disease,but resolve depression through the effect of relieving the soup more prominent,the more obvious symptoms are "difficulty in defecation","defecation time","thoracic chest fullness","irritability or depression",it can effectively improve the quality of life,and can make the disease recurrence rates fall,is a kind of high safety,efficacy significantly treatment,can be applied to clinical. |
