Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Xingqitongfu Decoction Combined With Golden Bifid In The Treatment Of Qi Stagnation Type Functional Constipation

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of self-designed xingqitongfu decoction combined with bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable bacteria tablets(golden bifid)in the treatment of qi stagnation type functional constipation.Selection methods:A total of 76 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the digestive department of the first affiliated hospital of Tianjin University of TCM during February 2019 to November 2019 were divided into treatment group and control group by the random digital table,38 cases in each group.The treatment group eliminated one patient for not taking medicine on time,including 37 patients eventually;control group excluded one patient for taking other drugs,and 37 patients were included.The treatment group oraled self-designed xingqitongfu decoction and bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable bacteria tablets(golden bifid).The control group received trimebutine maleate tablets(cerekinon)orally and bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable bacteria tablets(golden bifid).The whole course of treatment lasted four weeks.The scores of symptoms of Chinese medicine,symptoms of western medicine,life quality of constipation patients and safety were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment,and evaluated the efficacy,the patients who were cured,had obvious and effective patients in the two groups were followed up for 1 month to observe the recurrence rate.Results:1.The differences were not statistically significan between the two groups in the TCM syndromes total score,the total score of symptoms of western medicine and the quality of life before treatment(P > 0.05).2.The total scores of TCM syndromes,the total scores of symptoms of western medicine and the quality of life in both groups decreased significantly after treatment compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the results showed that the treatment was effective in both groups.3.After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes,the total scores of symptoms of western medicine and the quality of life in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P< 0.05).4.The improvement of "abdominal distension" and "fullness of chest and flank" in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P < 0.05),but there was no significant differences in other symptoms between the two groups(P > 0.05).5.In the treatment group,7 cases were cured,22 cases showed obvious effects,6cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of94.6%;in the control group,3 cases were cured,17 cases showed obvious effects,12 cases were effective,and 5 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of86.5%,with statistical differences(P<0.05).6.The recurrence rate was 17.1% in the treatment group and 40.6% in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).7.No adverse reactions occurred in the treatment of the two groups,indicating that the drugs used in the two groups were safe and reliable.Conclusion: Self-designed xingqitongfu decoction combined with bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable bacteria tablets(golden bifid)and trimebutine maleate tablets combined with bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable bacteria tablets(golden bifid)are effective in the treatment of qi-stagnation functional constipation;in terms of clinical symptoms,quality of life and long-term efficacy,the treatment group was superior to the control group;the self-designed xingqitongfu decoction and bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable bacteria tablets(golden bifid)has a more significant effect on the improvement of "abdominal distension" and "fullness of chest and flank";no obvious adverse reactions.
