| Object:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jieyu Decoction Treating Liver-qi Stagnation Cardiovascular Neurosis,to provide new treatment thoughts and methods for traditional Chinese medicine treating Cardiovascular Neurosis.Methods:60 Hospitalized patients in XuZhou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosed from May 2015 to January 2016 with Liver-qi Stagnation CN were randomly assigned into treatment group(32 cases)and control group(28 cases).The treatment of the control group was taking orally sertraline hydrochloride and lorazepam,combing with psychotherapy. The treatment group was added Jieyu decoction more.15 days for 1 course of treatment, observed 2 period of treatment. When the end of the observation, compared the changes of Hamilton Anxiey Scale、Hamilton Depression Scale、TCM syndrome Scale、The quality of life scale(SF-36)and the security indexs of two groups before and after treatment in both groups.Data via SPSS 19.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:After therapy the levels of HAMA、HAMD、TCM syndrome in two groups were both dropped compared with before therapy,while that of the treatment group were lower than of the control group (P<0.05),the total effective rate of treatment group was better, there are statistically significant,prompting the clinical curative effect is more significant of Jieyu decoction Treating Liver-qi Stagnation Cardiovascular Neurosis.After therapy the levels of the quality of life scale in two groups were both increasing compared with before therapy.But the treatment group for improving social function、role emotional and mental health were better.Conclusion:Jieyu decoction combined western medicine therapy as well as psychotherapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with Liver-qi Stagnation CN, the safety is reliable.So,it is worth to clinical application. |
