Clinical Observation Of Xingqitongfu Decoction In The Treatment Of Qi-stagnation Functional Constipation

ObjectiveThis study objectively evaluates the efficacy and safety of Xingqi Tongfu Decoction in treating functional constipation of qi stagnation type by observing its clinical efficacy,and provides help for the research ideas and methods of treating functional constipation with traditional Chinese medicine.MethodsIn this paper,84 patients with hysteresis functional constipation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table principle.The treatment group oral gas Tongfu soup(free decoction provided by Jiangyin Tianjiang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.),water rushed to 200 m L,one dose per day,served before early dinner;Control group oral aloe Pearl capsule(production enterprise: yangzijiang pharmaceutical group Jiangsu longfengtang Chinese medicine Co.,Ltd.),2 times a day,2tablets each time,three meals before serving.In terms of treatment time,both groups were four weeks.Observed and recorded the general condition,TCM score index,western medicine symptom integral index and safety index of patients in the treatment group and control group before and after treatment,and objectively evaluated the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups of patients after drug use.All data collected will be processed,analyzed,and compared using SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results1.Efficacy comparison:The total effective rate of xingqi tongfu decoction(treatment group)was 92.31%,and the total effective rate of aloe pearl capsule(control group)was 72.97%,with statisticallysignificant difference(P < 0.05).It is suggested that xingqi tongfu decoction has more obvious advantages than aloe pearl capsule.2.Comparison of total points of syndromes:There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),which was comparable.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).It is suggested that xingqi tongfu decoction is obviously better than aloe pearl capsule in improving total syndrome points.The total points of TCM syndromes and western medicine syndromes between the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that both xingqitongfu decoction and aloe pearl capsule were effective in improving the total points of qi stagnation syndromes.3.Comparison of individual symptom scores:Single TCM symptoms: in the comparison of the six symptoms before and after treatment,the P values of the two groups were all < 0.05,which was statistically significant,it indicates that both xingqi tongfu decoction and aloe pearl capsule can improve the symptoms of functional constipation.In abdominal distension or abdominal pain,bowel gas or vector frequency "for" and "stuffy chest side with","shi","reduce," the five symptoms of comparison between the two groups after treatment,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,tong qi and relieving soup to improve the symptoms of the above five aspects is better than that of aloe capsule,pearl for "bad" defecate symptoms,according to the comparison between the two groups(P > 0.05,both difference is not significant,suggest to improve the symptoms of "bad" defecate,tong qi and relieving soups and aloe pearl capsule treatment.Western medicine symptoms: in the comparison of the two groups before and after treatment in the five symptoms of "frequency of defecation","shape of stool","time of each defecation","abdominal distension pain" and "sense of defecation",the P value was all < 0.05,with statistical significance.It indicates that both xingqi tongfu decoction and aloe pearl capsule can improve the symptoms of functional constipation.In the comparison between the two groups after the treatment of these five symptoms,P values were all < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion xingqi tongfu decoction is better than aloe pearl capsule in improving symptoms.4.Security:no adverse reactions and side effects occurred in the two groups,indicating the safety of xingqi tongfu decoction and aloe pearl capsule.Conclusion1.Xingqi tongfu decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with qi-stagnation type functional constipation,with definite curative effect.Comparedwith aloe pearl capsule,xingqi tongfu decoction has more significant advantages in the treatment of qi-stagnation type functional constipation.2.Xingqi tongfu decoction has no adverse reactions and side effects in clinical observation,so it is safe;It can be used as a reference or choice for the treatment of functional constipation with qi stagnation.
