Clinical Efficacy Of Tongfu Jiangzhuo Plaster In Treatment Of Functional Constipation(Qi Stagnation Type) In Children

Objective : The therapeutic effect of tongfu decoction combined with oral simo decoction on children with functional constipation(qi-stagnation type)was observed,and to explore the theory of medicine and the advantage of clinical curative effect of tongfu jiangzhuo plaster.Methods : From January 2019 to December 2019,70 children with functional constipation(qi-stagnation type)admitted to the pediatric outpatient department of the first affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with oral simotang oral liquid.The experimental group was treated with oral simotang oral liquid.After 2 weeks of treatment,statistical methods were used to evaluate the efficacy and recurrence of the two groups.Results:1.After treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group(34 cases,1 case of shedding)was 94.1%,and that of the control group(35 cases,no shedding)was 74.3%.By comparison,P<0.05,the results showed that the experimental group had better efficacy than the control group.2.After treatment,the total score of the two groups was P<0.05,indicating a significant difference.The improvement of the main symptoms in the experimental group was generally better than that in the control group.3.In terms of the first defecation time after medication,P<0.05 showed a significant difference between the two groups,and the first defecation time in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group.4.After 1 month of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the experimental group was 18.2%,and that of the control group was 80.0%.After comparison,P<0.05 showed a significant difference.Conclusion:1.Tongfu decoction is applied to the treatment of children's functional constipation(qi-stagnation type),with an effective,safe and reliable effect.2.Tongfujiangturbid paste can significantly improve the symptoms of defecation interval,difficulty in defecation,abdominal distension,abdominal pain and belching in children with functional constipation(qi-stagnation type).3.The first defecation time can be significantly shortened after external application of tongfu decoction to reduce turbidity.4.After external application of tongfu decoction to reduce turbidity,the long-term efficacy of functional constipation(qi-stagnation type)can be significantly improved,and the recurrence rate can be reduced.
