Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Complications After Hot And Humid Injection Typemixed Hemorrhoid Operation With The Modified Luozhi Tang

Objective:The purpose of this study is to investigate the use of decoction and decoction in patients with hot and humid infusion mixed hemorrhoids after surgery to improve wound healing by improving the PH value,pain and edema,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of clinical use.Methods : according to the inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria and shedding micriteria,60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in the control group,were combined in the spinal-epidural anesthesia mixed hemorrhoids external stripping internal ligation,on the basis of the same other treatment measures,the treatment group after the use of modified drop hemorrhoids soup hip bath,the control group after the use of potassium permanganatethe pain,edma,wound healing time and comprehensive curative effect were recorded.Results:There were no significant differences in basic data such as gender,age,number of incisions,and duration of disease between the two groups(P>0.05);the wound area,edema score,pain score,and wound PH of the patients before surgery were compared.No data were obtained between the two groups.Significant differences(P>0.05);postoperative pain,pain on the first postoperative day was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),on the 3rd,7th,and 11 th days postoperatively,there was statistical difference between the two groups of pain(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Comparing postoperative edema scores,there was no significant difference in edema between the two groups on the first postoperative day(P>0.05).On the 3rd,7th,and 11 th postoperative days,there was a statistically significant difference in edema between the two groups(P<0.05).The wound healing time(days)of the two groups was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.Comparing the PH value of the wound after operation,there was no significant difference in the PH value between the two groups on the 1st and the 3rd day after operation(P>0.05).On the 7th and 11 th days after the operation,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.In the comparison of total curative effect,the treatment group: 26 cases cured,2 cases markedly effective,2 cases effective,0 cases ineffective,control group: 20 cases cured,7 cases markedly effective,3 cases effective,0 cases ineffective.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total therapeutic effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion:Through clinical studies,it has been confirmed that the addition and reduction of Lvtang Tang used in the treatment of patients with hot and humid under beating mixed hemorrhoids has a direct effect on the drug,and the effect is significant.At the same time,addition and reduction of Lvyu Tang applied to mixed hemorrhoids,no obvious adverse reactions,clinical application Safety;can effectively relieve postoperative anal pain,reduce edema in the operation area,accelerate wound healing with acidified wounds,and has no obvious adverse reactions.It is an effective method for treating postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids.
