Objective：To observe the effection of Operation of External strip andinternal ligation combined with Xiaozhiling injection with conventionalOperation of External strip and internal ligation in the treatment of Mixedhemorrhoids upon the postoperative complications.Methods：50cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoid according to the randomand control principle are divided into treatment group and control group with25cases in each group in Third Hospital Affiliated to Liaoning University ofTraditional Chinese Medicine from February in2011to November in2011. treatmentgroup used Xiaozhiling injection((gallnut, alum)combined with Operation ofexternal strip and internal ligation the control group used external strip andinternal ligation Observation of patients withbleeding after operation, healingtime, recurrence. Use SPSS17.0statistical software to analyze.Result：Treatment group after the hemorrhage, wound healing time, recurrencewere significantly decreased, P <O.05;Clinical efficacy of the treatment groupis superior to control group, treatment group totaleffectiveness was100﹪,controls the total efficiency of92﹪, P <O.05Conclusion： Xiaozhiling injection combined with external dissection andinternal ligation and traditional external dissection and internal ligation inthe treatment of mixed hemorrhoids in comparison to better able to preventpostoperative bleeding and promote healing, shorten the course of disease,reduce the pain of patients, reduce the relapse rate, is a good method oftreatment of mixed hemorrhoids.
