Ginger Separated Moxibustion On Prevention Of Postoperative Complications Of Mixed Hemorrhoids Clinical Observation

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of ginger moxibustion on the prevention of postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids, and to explore its possible mechanism.Methods: 60 cases of postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly assigned to test group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Given in the postoperative routine dressing on the basis, the experimental group received septal ginger moxibustion Shenque point, while the control group was treated with diluted potassium permanganate fumigation. Before and after treatment, the two groups of patients with urination difficulty, the margin of edema, anal bulge feeling changes.Results: a total of 60 patients completed the observation, including 30 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group. In the improvement of patients with dysuria symptoms, the treatment group total effective rate was 96.7%, in control group, the total effective rate was 73.3%, two groups of total efficiency was compared, and the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05); in improving a margin of edema and postoperative 1, 2,3 days, between the two groups of product comparison, P > 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant, indicating that two days before treatment, the efficacy of the test group was not better than that of the control group. Third, 5, 7,9 days two groups of comparison, P<0.05, show that the experimental group was better than the control group. in improving the anal bulge, experimental group total efficiency was 100.0%. In control group, the total effective rate was 83.3%, two groups of total efficiency comparison, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05). And improving the anal sense of falling inflation efficiency, comparison between the treatment group of the first course of treatment(83.3%), the second course of treatment(96.7%), the three cycles(100.0%), the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05), indicating that the efficiency between different courses of treatment group improved significantly. Similarly, in the improvement of anus falling up a sense of efficiency, comparison between the treatment group of the first course of treatment(60.0%), the second course of treatment(63.3%), the three cycles(83.3%), the difference is statistically significant(P > 0.05), indicating the different courses of treatment group between efficiency improvement is not obvious.During the observation, the two groups were all serious adverse reactions.Conclusion: Ginger Moxibustion Shenque septum can reduce postoperative mixed hemorrhoids patients with dysuria, a margin of edema, anus bulge and other complications, and the clinical effect is remarkable, and improve the quality of life of patients.
