Purpose:By treating the traditional Chinese medicine decoction with retention enema, the clinical effects of hemorrhage, anal bulge, anal edema, postoperative pain, and detachment of hemorrhoids after mixed external hemorrhoid stripping were observed and summarized.Chinese medicine enema side effects.Material and method:Closely monitor patients who have mixed hemorrhoids with "mixed hemorrhoids and external debridement." Patients with postoperative bleeding, anal bulge, anal edema, postoperative pain, and hemorrhoids that have not yet fallen off were randomly numbered according to their order of appearance,ie No.1-60.Grouped by odd and even numbers, the odd number is 30 cases in the test group and the even number is 30 cases in the control group. The two groups were based on postoperative routine treatment and physiotherapy. When the test group was changing daily,10 ml of Chinese herbal decoction was poured into the anus;the control group had no other special treatment.Observed the two groups of patients from the first day of treatment to the first 10 days of postoperative bleeding, anal bulge degree, postoperative anal edema, detachment of the nucleon stump, the five aspects of postoperative pain improvement and quantitative assessment.Through the data software SPSS21.0 and Microsoft office Excel 2007,the two sets of data were processed. Finally, the data of the two groups were compared between the experimental group and the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and the conclusion was reached.Results:1?In the treatment of postoperative bleeding, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.2?In the treatment of postoperative anal bulge, the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.3?In the relief of postoperative anal edema, the experimental group was also superior to the control group.4?In terms of postoperative pain relief, the efficacy of the experimental group was more significant than that of the control group.5?There were no significant differences between the two groups in the shedding of the stump nuclei.6?The total effective rate of the test group was 100%,and that of the control group was100%.Conclusion:1.Through the data analysis of the experimental group and the control group,it was found that the traditional Chinese medicine enema has obvious curative effect in the treatment of anal bulge after anal disease, postoperative anal edema, and postoperative pain.It has the effect of supplementing blood and strengthening blood circulation, and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.2.Self-made Chinese medicine enema prescription in the treatment of postoperative bleeding, and the control group no significant difference in efficacy.Still need further study.3.There is a certain relationship between the degree of postoperative anus bulge and the number of ligation nucleus, that is,the more ligatures, the heavier the degree of bulge, which provides a certain guiding significance for improving the operation.
