Clinical Study On Treating The Postoperative Complications Of Mixed Hemorrhoid By XiaoFan Powder Dressing

Objective:Observe the different proportions of alumina powder on nitrate mixed hemorrhoids postoperative complications, and analyze its mechanism.Methords: Will meet the inclusion criteria of 90 cases of patients were randomly divided into A, B, C three groups, based on after conventional therapy, since 1d after the first play, the daily routine dressing, soaked to the Glass alum powder(A group Xiao Fan Powder components: Glauber 20 g, alum 10 g, borax 10g; group B Xiao Fan Powder components: Glauber 10 g, alum 20 g, borax 10g; group C Xiao Fan Powder components: Glauber 10 g, alum 1 0g, borax 20g) solution of wet gauze wound for 14 days of treatment. Observed three different time periods postoperative wounds and edema, pain and itching, and other symptoms and signs, and rated. For the three groups of patients using statistical methods appropriate outcome measures were compared, and for analysis and discussion.Results: Clinical studies have shown that the delay and mixed hemorrhoid treatment after a margin of edema, the group C were significantly different(P <0.05) A group than in B; and delaying treatment in terms of postoperative wound pain, A group than in B, C group there were significant differences(P <0.05). Mixed hemorrhoid surgery in the prevention of itching of group B is better than A, C groups.Conclusion: Glauber’s reusable Glass alum bulk for mixed hemorrhoid surgery, delay and a margin of edema and pain treatment effect is more prominent; reuse alum alum bulk for nitrate mixed hemorrhoid surgery, prevention and treatment of wounds itching effect is more significant.
