Clinical Research On Ginseng-phellodendron Lotion Prevent And Treat Mixed Hemorrhoid Postoperative Complications

Objective Purpose of this study is to observe the clinical curative effect of ginseng-phellodendron lotion through fumigate to preventing and treating mixed hemorrhoid postoperative complications such as edema, hemorrhage, pain.Methods The study adopts random method.Those60patients who are identified as mixed hemorrhoid and accept the surgical treatment are all from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University(Zhejiang Chinese medicine hospital) between May2012to September2012,and they are randomly divided into the treatment group(ginseng-phellodendron lotion) and control group(recovery new liquid).Observe and record the two groups of postoperative complications (pain, bleeding, edema, anus belly), the time of edema subsiding and wound healed completely.Compare the differences of clinical efficacy between the two groups.The experimental results is analyzed by using SPSS17.0data analysis system.Results There was statistical significance in the differences of the pain, edema, hemorrhage, the belly between the two groups (P<0.05), and in The total curative effect, time of edema subsiding and wound healed completely has significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05), the treatment group of the effect that prevent and treat mixed hemorrhoid postoperative complications is obviously better than the control group.Conclusion Fumigation of Chinese medicine that ginseng-phellodendron lotion can obviously relieve mixed hemorrhoid postoperative pain, bleeding, edema, the belly, and promote wound healing.Compared with the fumigation of recovery new liquid, the curative effect of this treatment method has more obvious advantage, and economic and cheap,which is worth promoting.
