| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanjie Zhitong Decoction in the treatment of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods The observation subjects were 72 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and related enrollment requirements.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method.The pre-treatment perfect case data collection form was recorded sex,age,duration of abdominal pain,nature,number of episodes,total scores of symptoms,scores of secondary symptoms,and size of abdominal lymph nodes.The treatment group was given Sanjie Zhitong Decoction,and the control group was given Yuanhu Zhitong tablets.The dosage of the drug was adjusted according to the age.After two weeks of continuous medication,the therapeutic effects on the nature of abdominal pain,the main symptoms of episodes and secondary symptoms were observed.According to different data,different statistical methods were used to compare the results before and after treatment with SPSS25.0,and the corresponding conclusions were obtained.Results One patient in the control group could not cooperate with the interruption of treatment,resulting in shedding in 1 case,so 36 patients in the treatment group and 35 patients in the control group.Through the two-week observation,the effective rate was94% in the treatment group and 80% in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the difference was statistically significant.The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The effect of using Sanjie Zhitong Decoction is better than that of using Yuanhu Zhitong Tablet.In the total score,the total scores of the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment were less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the combination of Zhijie Zhitong Decoction and Yuanhu Zhitong Tablet in the treatment of children with mesenteric lymphadenitis,the treatment group and the control group When compared(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.It is suggested that the effect of Sanjie Zhitong Decoction is better than that of Yuanhu Zhitong.In the improvement of the main symptoms and the secondary symptoms and the number of abdominal pain episodes(P <0.05),it showed that the effect of Sanjie Pain Decoction was better in improving various symptoms.In the improvement of mesenteric lymph node size,the treatment group and the control group in the group had statistical significance before and after treatment,indicating that the two drugs have an effect on improving the size of the lymph nodes.When compared between groups,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.The group,that is,the use of Sanjie Zhitong Decoction has a better therapeutic effect in improving lymph node size.In summary: in the treatment of pediatric mesenteric lymph node qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,stagnation and pain relief in the improvement of total symptom scores,main symptoms,secondary symptoms and abdominal lymph node longitudinal and transverse diameter effect is better than Yuanhu painkiller tablets.Conclusion Sanjie Zhitong Decoction is effective in treating pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome. |
