| Objective:This study is to observe the clinical efficacy of Sanjie stagnation gra nule in the treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis.Methods:Mesenteric lymphadenitis of 60 cases in line with Chinese medicine cli nic of abdominal pain and gastrointestinal junction heat syndrome in children were random ly divided into treatment group and control group, 31 cases in the treatment group with San jie stagnation granule treatment and 29 cases of the control group given Cefixime Granule s treatment, treatment for 7 days, to compare and evaluate the treatment effect, record the treatment of symptom score, and observe the effect.Results: The treatment group compared with the control group, treatment group tota l effectiveness was 93.5%, the comparison group total effectiveness was 79.3%, through st atistical analysis, statistical significance, in the improvement of abdominal pain, periumbili cal tenderness degree and other symptoms, signs, the treatment group were superior to th e control group, and the two groups were no adverse reaction.Conclusion: The reseach results indicated that, the effect of the treatment group than t he control group, dissipating stagnation granule in the treatment of mesenteric lymphadenit is can shorten the time of treatment, improve the clinical treatment effect, promote the impr ovement of symptoms, has reliable therapeutic effect. |
