Evaluation Of Therapeutic Effect Of Sanjie Zhitong Granule On Mesenteric Lymphadenitis (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Abdominal Pain) In Children

Objective:The purpose of this subject is to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Sanjie Zhitong granule in treating mesenteric lymphadenitis(Qi stagnation and blood stasis abdominal pain)in children.To supplement and perfect the theoretical basis of Sanjie Zhitong granule in the study of mesenteric lymphadenitis(Qi stagnation and blood stasis abdominal pain)in children,at the same time,to provide the clinical basis for the curative effect of Sanjie Zhitong granule,and to further optimize the treatment scheme of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children.Methods:A total of 72 children with mesenteric lymphadenitis(Qi stagnation and blood stasis abdominal pain)were collected and randomly divided into treatment group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).The control group was given Jianwei Xiaoyan granule,the course of treatment in both groups was two weeks.The difference of curative effect between the two groups was evaluated by observing the changes of clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group.Results:1.Comparison between the two groups before and after treatment:In the treatment group and the control group,the symptom score and the total symptom score were significantly decreased after treatment,and there was significant difference between the two groups by paired t-test analysis(P<0.05).2.Compared with the two groups after treatment: The symptom scores and the total symptom scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Comparison of curative effect:After treatment,in the treatment group,16 cases were cured,11 cases were excellent,4 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 91.18%;In the control group,8 cases were cured,7 cases wereexcellent,11 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 78.79%.The rank sum test showed that there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Sanjie Zhitong granule and Jianwei Xiaoyan granule can effectively treat mesenteric lymphadenitis in children(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of abdominal pain),and the effect of Sanjie Zhitong granule is obviously better than Jianwei Xiaoyan granule.2.Sanjie Zhitong granule has no adverse reaction in this study and other clinical use,so it is safe and has great clinical value.
