Observation On The Curative Effect Of Yunpi Zhitong Decoction In The Treatment Of Mesenteric Lymphadenitis In Children (spleen Deficiency And Dampness Syndrome)

Objective:The main purposes are as follows:(1)To find out the effective method of treating mesenteric lymphadenitis(Spleen defeciency excesive dampness)in children with less side effects,through the comparative analysis of symptoms,signs and auxiliary examinations before and after treatment.(2)To observe the clinical efficacy of "Yunpi Zhitong decoction" in with modern scientific methods and explore the therapeutic mechanism,the new theory and effective prescription of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:60 patients with mesenteric lymphadenitis in children(Spleen defeciency excesive dampness)were randomly divided into Experimental group and Control group,with 30 cases in each group.The Experimental group was treated with Yunpi Zhitong decoction,while the control group with Yuanhu Zhitong tablets.Two basic courses of treatment are 7 days,adding to one if necessary.After the treatment was completed,the clinical symptoms,changes in enlarged mesenteric lymphgland,and recurrent rate within half a year after treatment were observed and analysed.Results:(1)The total clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.The effective rate of the Experimental group was 90%,while the control group was 80%.The curative effect of the Experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.(2)There was no significant difference in the scores of the main symptom scores before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability;the scores of the main symptoms after treatment between the two groups were compared(P<0.05).(3)The enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes and their blood flow signals changes of the patients after treatment between the two groups were statistically different(P<0.05).The Experimental group could significantly(4)In the follow-up period(half a year after the end of the course of treatment),the recurrence rate in the Experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that there was a significant difference between the two groups.(5)The safety indicators of the two groups were observed and no serious complications or adverse reactions occurred during the treatment.Conclusions:The effect of Yunpi Zhitong decoction on mesenteric lymphadenitis in children syndrome(Spleen defeciency excesive dampness)is significant,which is worthy of further study and has certain clinical popularization value.
