Clinical Observation Of Sanxian Xiaoji Pingtong Decoction In The Treatment Of Acute Mesenteric Lymphadenitis In Children With Milk And Food Stagnation

Objective: The research is designed to observe the clinical effect of Sanxian xiaojipingtong Decoction in the treatment of acute mesenteric lymphadenitis in children with milk and food stagnation,and seek a safe and effective scheme for the treatment of acute mesenteric lymphadenitis in children.Methods: 80 children with acute mesenteric lymphadenitis were divided into two groups randomly: the treatment group(40 cases)was treated with Sanxian Xiaoji pingtong Decoction and the control group(40 cases)was treated with Simo Decoction for 7 days.The changes of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine were observed before and after treatment.The database was established for data analysis to evaluate the recovery of the two groups by statistical software.Follow up the two groups and reexamine the color Doppler ultrasonography of abdominal mesenteric lymph nodes one month later.Record and analyz the recurrence rate of the two groups.Results:1.After the treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was92.31%,the total effective rate of the control group was 76.32%,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.There was statistical significance(P<0.05)between two groups when they checked the abdominal mesenteric lymph nodes color ultrasound after a month of treatment.The treatment group was better than the control group.3.There was statistical significance(P<0.05)between two groups in the symptoms and signs after treatment,except for appetite.The treatment group was better than the control group,except for appetite.4.After one month’s follow-up,there was statistical significance(P<0.05)between two groups in the recurrence rate,which the treatment group was12.82% and the control group was 34.21%.Conclusion: Sanxian Xiaoji pingtong prescription can obviously improve the symptoms and signs of children in traditional Chinese medicine,reduce the recurrence rate,and reduce the abdominal mesenteric lymph nodes.It is an effective prescription for the treatment of acute mesenteric lymphadenitis in children with milk and food stagnation.It is worth popularizing and using clinically.
