Yunpixiaoyu,Liqitongfu Method To Treat Pediatric Mesenteric Lymphadenitis(Qi Stagnancy And Blood Stasis Syndrome) Clinical Research

This study used the Yunpixiaoyu,liqitongfu method to treated 60 cases of clinical observation, objective evaluation on Yun pi xiao yu decoction of the clinical effect in the treatment of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis, explore Chinese medicine treatment of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis(qi and blood stasis type), the effective treatment methods and drugs.Research methodsCases from changchun, jilin university affiliated hospital of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient service, conform to the pediatric diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and mesenteric lymphadenitis of children, 60 cases were randomly selected. Randomized controlled trials, randomly divided into treatment group 30 people, the control group 30 people. The control group given compound application of rhizoma corydalis analgesic dropping pill oral therapy for 7 days. Treatment group given Yun pi xiao yu decoction, Fried one free treatment for 7 days. Observed before and after treatment in children with clinical signs and positive changes. Using SPSS 19.0 statistical software, the establishment of database, data analysis.The results of the studyWestern medicine for the disease no uniform diagiostic criteria, through the analysis found that, with the Yunpixiaoyu,liqitongfu method, Yun pi xiao yu decoction for pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis(qi and blood stasis type) of effective treatment, cure in 16 cases, 10 cases were markedly effective, effective in 1 case, 3 had no effect, total effective rate 90.00%, in such aspects as dissipation lymph node enlargement and symptom improvement have been satisfied.ConclusionIn Yunpixiaoyu,liqitongfu method, Yun pi xiao yu decoction in the treatment of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis(qi and blood stasis type), is better than pure application of rhizoma corydalis analgesic dropping pill, and drugs vary from person to person, along with the add and subtract, flexible, with green, convenient and safe method of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis, receive well, suitable for clinical application and reference.
