Clinical Observation On Treating Late Menstrual Period Of Qi And Blood Deficiency Syndrome With Self-made Qixue Tiaojing Decoction

Objective:Through the clinical observation of 72 cases of late menstruation with ovulation type,the characteristics of pathogenesis of late menstruation were discussed,and the clinical efficacy of Qi-Xue Tiaojing granule in the treatment of late period of menstruation with deficiency of both qi and blood was observed.Thus to the late menstrual prevention and diagnosis and treatment to provide more clinical reference.Methods:From December 2017 to December 2018,72 cases of late menstruation were selected from gynecological outpatient department of affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine,and 36 cases were divided into treatment group and control group according to the syndrome differentiation of deficiency of qi and blood,which were divided into two groups: treatment group(n = 36)and control group(n = 36).Due to subjective and objective factors,there were 2 cases in the two groups,and 34 cases in each group were enrolled in the clinical observation.The patients in the control group took Tiaojing Yangyan granule orally for 3 months to observe the clinical curative effect and compare the menstrual cycle and the accompanying symptoms between the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with QixueTiaojing granule,and the control group was treated with Tiaojing Yangyan granule.Results: The total effective rate was 85.29% in the treatment group and 79.41% in the control group after the treatment of 68 cases of deficiency of both qi and blood syndrome(4cases of shedding)after the use of drugs in the late period of menstruation.Statistical analysis showed that the clinical efficacy of self-made Qi-blood Tiaojing granule was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05)in the treatment of late menstruation due to deficiency of both qi and blood,except that there was no significant difference in the symptoms of small abdominal empty pain and vertigo(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Through clinical observation of 68 patients with deficiency of both qi and blood at the late stage of menstruation,it is shown that the self-made Qi-blood regulatingmeridian granule can achieve better curative effect on the late period of menstruation with deficiency of both qi and blood.It can obviously improve the menstrual cycle and other associated symptoms,and no adverse reactions occur during the treatment,indicating that the prescription is safe and effective,and can be further popularized and applied in clinical practice.
