The Clinical Observation Of XianQi Drink On Treating Advanced Menorrhea Of Yin Deficiency And Blood-heat Syndrome

Objective:Observe on the clinical effects of XianQi drink on treating Advanced Menorrhea of Yin Deficiency and Blood-heat syndrome,and comparison with the Gujing pill of Proprietary Chinese medicine,observe the Improvements in TCM symptoms after treatment,carry out an objective evaluation of the clinical effects of XianQi drink on treating Advanced Menorrhea of Yin Deficiency and Blood-heat syndrome, provide an objective basis for clinical use and mentor's academic characteristic, the treatment experience were summarized in this paper.Methods:Chose 60 patients who subject the selection criteria of Advanced Menorrhea of Yin Deficiency and Blood-heat syndrome.According to random number tables,divided them into the treatment group and control group,30 cases of each.The patients of treatment group were treated with the XianQi drink (Single fried-free particles, began after the menstrual clean, agents of the day, take medicine after mixing it with water boiling water, and evening suits, menstrual period without drugs.),while the control group were treated with Gujing pill (Proprietary Chinese medicines, warm-water by swallowing, a 10 g,2 times a day, began after the menstrual clean clothes, menstrual period without drugs.). And uesd 3 for 1 course of the menstrual cycle, after the end of course, observe how symptoms change before and after treatment and the record index, by statistical analysis, comparative treatment groups before and after treatment of impact indicators, such as menstrual cycles, TCM syndromes, BBT,E2,FSH,LH, PT, APTT, platelet count,and comparison with a control group, to assess the clinical effect of XianQi drink.Results:1.The total effective rate of XianQi drink is 93.33%, which of Gujing pill is 73.33%.By means of statistics analysis, there are significant differences in the two groups (P＜0.05), it states that the effects of XianQi drink is better than the Gujing pill.2.There are significant difference between the total scores of symptoms before and after treatment of the two groups (P<0.05). It states XianQi drink and Gujing pill can evidently improve the symptoms;There are significant difference between the two groups of the total scores of symptoms before and after treatment (P＜0.05), it states XianQi drink is better than the Gujing pill.3. Two groups of patients before and after the treatment of TCM symptom scores all comparison, all have significant difference (P< 0.05), indicating that both groups can significantly improve TCM symptoms. After treatment, the two groups in by volume, classics color, five centers between groups of hot comparison, difference was statistically significant (P> 0.05), in menstrual cycle, the qualitative, mouth GanYan dryness and urinate short yellow, stool stem node of the comparison between groups, the difference was remarkable significance (P< 0.05), indicating that predate the drink improve TCM symptoms than solid the pill.4. Two sets of comparison of BBT improved after treatment in patients with treatment group for single-phase recovery as dual-phase (P<0.05), short luteal phase recovery to normal luteal phase (P<0.05) improved significantly better than control groups. Treatment groups E2 levels increased significantly after treatment, significant difference compared with before the treatment (P<0.05), FSH, LH improvements are no significant differences (P>0.05), solid pills on E2, FSH, LH improvements were no significant differences (P>0.05), between the two groups have more significant differences after treatment (P<0.05). Description XianQi drink can increase estrogen secretion of follicular maturation.Conclusions:XianQi drink could evidently improve the patients of Advanced Menorrhea of Yin Deficiency and Blood-heat syndrome, the clinical symptoms of menstrual in advance, menstrual quantity, color, mass and heat, mouth five centers GanYan dryness and urinate short yellow, stool stem node are improved, The basal body temperature can significantly improve patients; reduce prothrombin time, partial thromboplastin time, increasing the platelet count; improving the secretion of estrogen, promoting the development and maturation of follicles, improving adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding in patients with ovarian function, improve luteal function, regulation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovary axis function perfect or return to normal, and no apparent adverse effects.
