The Clinical Observation About The Self-made Tiaojing Decoction Treatment Of Menstrual Extension(Yin Deficiency And Blood-heat Syndrome)

Purpose: This research project mainly putting menostaxis(deficiency of yin and blood-heat syndrome)patients into as clinical observational object,using nourishing yin and clearing heat as therapeutic method,observing the treatment group self-made Tiaojing decoction and the contrast group BaoGong ZhiXue KeLi treatment menstrual extension(yin deficiency and blood-heat syndrome)clinical efficacy,discuss the self-made Tiaojing decoction treatment the menstrual extension mechanism of action,so as to provide the project and the gist of curing and researching menstrual extension in clinical.Method: This research project observe cases 72 cases all from Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital Gynecological clinic and are diagnosed menstrual extension yin deficiency and blood-heat syndrome patients,divide randomly Tiaojing decoction treatment group and BaoGong ZhiXue KeLi contrast group each 36 cases.The two groups are take medicines beginning the menstrual 4th day,take 7 days,after curing continuous 3 menstrual cycle and drug withdrawal,observing the patients' mend matters pretherapy and post-treatment symptoms,conduct the evaluation of therapeutic effects.Result: Comprehensive therapeutic outcome is treatment 72 cases the menstrual extension(deficiency of yin and blood-heat syndrome)patients,the treatment group cured 8cases,markedly effective 18 cases,effective 7 cases,ineffective in 3 patients,hold the percentage respectively is 22.22%,50%,9.44%,8.3%,the total effective rate is 91.7%,the contrast group cured 6 cases,markedly effective 17 cases,effective 7 cases,ineffective in 6patients,hold the percentage respectively is 16.67%,47.22%,19.44%,16.67%,the total effective rate is 83.33%.By statistical analysis,the two groups total effective rate are comparable has differency(P<0.05),self-made Tiaojing decoction the treatment group effective obviously.Conclusion: The self-made Tiaojing decoction treatment the menstrual extension(deficiency of yin and blood-heat syndrome)curative effect reliable,improve obviously the patients symptoms,can deed one effective method out of a multitude.
