Clinical Observation About The Treatment Of Delayed Menorrhea (Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome) Caused By Follicle Development Retardation Through Yupaotang (Name Of A Self-created Traditional Chinese Medicine For Cultivating Follicle)

Purpose: With the incidence of delayed menorrhea caused by follicle development retardation is getting higher and higher,it is imminent to explore a treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years,a large amount of Chinese medicine practitioners with modern medical theory are striving to verify the Chinese medicine treatment of follicular growth retardation from as many aspects as possible by developing broader research ideas.The purpose of this study is to explore a traditional Chinese medicine treatment idea by using YupaoTang to cure the delayed menorrhea caused by follicular development retardation(Spleen and Kidney Deficiency Syndrome).Method: In this study,a symptom scores,inspection index and contrast observation was designed for clinical study.The experimental group and the control group was consist of 30 patients.And we increased the number of patient to 120%(36 patients)for each group to prevent the case from falling off.The experimental group taken YupaoTang orally,and the control group taken the finished drug Kirin pill at same time.2 times a day at morning and night,two groups were starting to taken drugs from 3rd day of menstrual period,and it should be lasted about 2 weeks(14 days)until ovulation,this is a complete course of treatment.We will observe the clinical symptoms of patients after 3 menstrual cycle treatment,then we can improve the clinical efficacy of the assessment by comparing changes happened to cases.Result: Clinical performance of the treatment group(30 patients): 5 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,the cure rate was 16.67%,the apparent effective rate was 53.33%,the effective rate was 40.0%,the inefficiency rate was 6.67%,the total effective rate was 93.40%.Clinical performance of the control group(30 patients): 1 case was cured,15 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were ineffective,3 cases were ineffective,the cure rate was 3.33%,the apparent effective rate was50.00%,the effective rate was 36.67%,the inefficiency rate was 10.00%,the total effective rate was 90.00%(P> 0.05).The total effective rate between the two groups was different(P<0.05),while indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: According to the experimental results,it was found that the prescription of both group had obviously curative effect in the treatment of delayed menorrhea(Spleen andKidney Deficiency Syndrome),but the curative effect of YupaoTang was better than the unicorn pills.This conclusion testified the traditional Chinese medical method of invigorating the spleen and tonifying the kidney has significant effect on the clinical treatment of delayed menorrhea caused by late menstruation((Spleen and Kidney Deficiency Syndrome).In addition,there is no adverse events occurred during the experimental process,which can be seen that the characteristics(safety,green,quick,long-term stability)of Chinese medicine is worthy to explore a treatment road of itself.
