Clinical Analysis Of Kidney And Blood Deficiency Treated By Using Shenguijingxue Decoction In Delayed Menorrhea

ObjectiveThough collecting data of kidney and blood deficiency patients in delayed menstrual cycle, to analyze the mechanism of the effect of shengui Jingxue decoction on improving menstrual cycle and concomitant syndrome.Methods65delayde menstrual patients of kidney and blood deficiency Taken shengui jingxue decoction for three menstrual cycles, and their menstrual cycle, main syndrome, the thickness of endometrial, follicular development and the improvement of basal body temperature were observed. We judged the curative effect throuth traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and analyzed the mechanism.Results1There are65patients in this group, through the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score, there are23patients with a light pathogenetic condition,26patients with a moderate pathogenetic condition,16patients with a heavy pathogenetic condition.2After treatment, the curative effect shows:20cases were cured,39cases were apparent effective,3cases were valid and3cases were invalid,the total effective rate was95.39%. There is a significant difference of TCM syndrome scores before and after the treatments.3In this group, the improvement of delayed menstrual cycle had a significant difference (P<0.05), and the improvement of the symptoms as kidney and blood deficiency also had a significant difference(P<0.05). Age, course of disease, extending cycle and the number of pregnancies showed no significant difference in curative effect, which showed no effect with drug. Pathogenetic condition and the number of pregnancies had a significant difference in curative effect (P<0.05), which had effect on curative effect of drug.4. In this group of65patients, through the rank-sum test (P<0.05), there was a obvious difference between the symtoms of before and after treatment.5. In this group of65patients, through the rank-sum test (P<0.05), follicular and endometrial thickness changes have obvious difference after the first course of treatment and the third courseof treatment.6. In this group, through rank-sum test (P<0.05), in the course of treatment, basal body temperature has a significant difference. ConclusionShenguijingxue soup can recover menstrual cycle and improve the concomitant symptom; that can decrease TCM syndrome score and has a exact effect; that can promote follicular development, increase the thickness of endometrium and improve the change of basal body temperature; Age, course of disease, extending cycle and the number of pregnancies have no effect on curative effect of Shenguijingxue decoction, but curative effect suffers from the effect of light or heavy pathogenetic condition and the number of abortion.
