| Objective : To observe the clinical curative effect of "gynaecology collection" academic thought and group prescription in the treatment of late menstruation with less quantity,and to explore the mechanism of its action,so as to provide a new way of treatment and theoretical basis for the treatment of late menstruation with less quantity by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods :(1)120 patients with low volume of menstruation were divided into two types according to TCM syndrome.According to the history,symptoms,sex hormone test and ultrasonic examination,the patients were divided into two types: Qi deficiency and blood weakness type and blood cold type,according to their medical history,symptoms,sex hormone test and ultrasonic examination results.They were divided into four groups: Western medicine polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and early onset ovarian insufficiency(POI),).The syndrome type of TCM and the disease name of western medicine were combined into four groups: PCOS,type of deficiency of qi and weak type of PCOS,blood cold type of POI,and POI of blood cold type,each group had 30 cases in each group.(2)Two groups of patients with qi deficiency and blood weakness syndrome were treated orally with Jiazengsiwu decoction,Syndrome differentiation for blood cold syndrome of the two groups of patients oral Feng's Wenjing decoction,A menstrual cycle is a course of treatment.(3)After three courses of treatment,the clinical effects were observed and analyzed by observing the clinical symptoms and complications,serum sex hormone levels and the changes of endometrial thickness before and after treatment.Results:Comparison of Therapeutic effects of TCM Syndromes:The recovery rate was 13.3% and the total effective rate was 90.0% in PCOS patients with qi deficiency and blood weakness.The cure rate was 16.7% and the total effective rate was 93.3% in PCOS patients with blood cold,10.0% and 83.3% in POI patients with deficiency of qi and weak blood,and 13.3% and 86.7% in POI patients with blood cold type,respectively.The differences of TCM syndrome scores between the four groups before and after treatment were statistically significant.After treatment,the TCM symptoms of two groups of patients with qi deficiency and blood weakness:Cycle prolongation,menstrual volume,meridian quality,fatigue,yellowish complexion,dizziness,palpitation and insomnia have been a marked improvement.Symptoms of traditional Chinese Medicine in patients with Blood-cold Type:Prolonged cycle,menstrual volume,menstrual color,blood clot,abdominal pain,cold limbs,loose stool and urine condition are also a marked improvement after treatment.Inspection and comparison of indicators:Four groups of patients,after treatment,there was significant difference in serum FSH,LH,LH/FSH,T and endometrial thickness before and after treatment between the two groups of PCOS patients(P < 0.05).But there was no significant difference in serum E2 level before and after treatment(P > 0.05).There was significant difference in serum FSH,LH,E2 and endometrial thickness between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).Safety evaluation:No special discomfort symptoms,adverse drug reactions and toxic side effects were found in the four groups during the period of clinical treatment study,and no significant abnormality was found in the clinical safety indexes after the treatment.It reflects the high safety of clinical drug use in this study.Conclusion:(1)Jiazengsiwu decoction is safe and effective in treating PCOS of Qi deficiency and blood weakness and POI of Qi deficiency and blood weakness.(2)Feng's Wenjing decoction is safe and effective for blood cold type PCOS and blood cold type POI.(3)Through this study,it can be made clear that the effect of "Gynecological Collection" in the treatment period is less,and the symptoms of the Chinese medicine,the level of serum sex hormone and the thickness of the endometrium are improved,and it is non-toxic and side-effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
