In this study,a cluster sampling method was used to select 550 medical personnel from municipal hospitals in zhengzhou,xuzhou,shangqiu,yongcheng and other cities as the research objects.Role pressure questionnaire,short scale of empathy fatigue,organizational support perception questionnaire and perceived doctor-patient relationship scale were used to conduct the questionnaire survey.The specific research results are as follows:1.The role pressure,empathy fatigue and perceived doctor-patient relationship of medical staff are above the average level,and the perceived level of organizational support is below the average level.The role pressure of medical staff has significant main effect on demographic variables such as working age,and significant effect on the interaction between gender and marital status.The perceived organizational support of medical staff has a significant main effect on the working hours of the department.The subjective experience dimension of medical staff perceived doctor-patient relationship had significant effect on marital status.The dimension of subjective and objective combination of doctor-patient relationship perceived by medical staff has significant gender effect.2.There was a significant positive correlation between role stress of medical staff and empathy fatigue and perceived doctor-patient relationship.Role pressure of medical staff positively predicted and perceived doctor-patient relationship.Empathy fatigue plays an intermediary role between role stress of medical staff and perceived doctor-patient relationship,that is,the effect of role stress of medical staff on perceived doctor-patient relationship can also be completed through the mediating role of empathy fatigue.3.Organizational support perception significantly regulates the process in which role pressure of medical staff affects the perception of doctor-patient relationship through empathy fatigue,that is,the lower the degree of organizational support perception,the more role pressure of medical staff affects the perception of doctor-patient relationship through empathy fatigue.Based on the above conclusions,this study proposes relevant Suggestions from three perspectives: first,reduce the role stress level of medical staff,including reducing the role conflict of medical staff through multiple ways;Perfect the management system,reduce the role ambiguity;Train communication skills to reduce role overload;The combination of multiple ways reduces the role stress of medical staff.Secondly,reduce the level of empathy fatigue of medical staff,including reasonable arrangement of time,reduce workload;The hospital carries out training on empathy and communication to improve the empathy ability of medical staff.Provide psychological help and counseling for medical staff who are already suffering from severe or severe empathy fatigue;Strengthen the publicity of medical work and gain external understanding.Finally,raise the level of organizational support.
