With the increase of social pressure and the improvement of people’s needs, the conflicts、disputes and medical troubles between doctors and patients are increasingly appeard. It iscommon that doctors, nurses and other medical staff were insulted, beaten, even be killed, thehealth of their physical and mental were threated unprecedentedly. Faced with such severemedical events, doctor-patient relationship gradually aroused widespread concern. As themajor groups of the disputes, the conflicts will not only effect the medical staff’s physical andmental health, but also have a impact on employee’s job involvement. Thereby influence theoverall performance of the organization, especially brought a more heavy blow to the medicalorder with the growth of depature and change of guard. The problem of doctor-patientrelationship should be given more attention.The author chooses Harbin, Da qing, Jia musi five cities of760medical staff as theparticipation, through the questionnaire survey method, medical staff perceived doctor-patientrelationship, interpersonal trust and job involvement into the investigation research. Use theanalysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis to examines the doctor-patientrelationship,interpersonal trust, work engagement into different demographic variabledifferences. Analyzes the doctor-patient relationship, interpersonal trust and work involvementinto relationship, and to explore the mediating role of interpersonal trust between doctor-patientrelationship and work engagement. Hope this research data, and the objective description andanalysis, we can provide for related field solutions of the problems and the practical reference.The results show:(1)The medical perceived doctor-patient relationship at present at secondary level, andinterpersonal trust in the medium is on the high side level,work involvement in high level inmedium.(2)The medical perceived doctor-patient relationship, interpersonal trust and workengagement part of demography variable of the differences.(3)The medical staff perceived doctor-patient relationship and interpersonal trust ispositively correlated.(4)The medical perceived doctor-patient relationship and job engagement is negativelycorrelated. (5)The interpersonal trust and work engagement existence are related.(6)The medical perceived doctor-patient relationship, interpersonal trust and jobinvolvement of the relationship between the part played intermediary function.Finally, according to the results of this study, not only enrich the job involvement theoryand puts forward practical constructive opinions in professional career planning of medicalstaff and improvement of the doctor-patient relationship, and the problems existing in theresearch and development direction of future research are discussed.
