Influence Of Empathic Ability Of Medical Staff On Doctor-patient Relationship

Objective By summarizing the development and application of empathy and doctorpatient relationship at home and abroad,as well as the correlation between empathy and doctor-patient relationship,this paper analyzes the influence of empathy of medical staff on doctor-patient relationship,and puts forward reasonable Suggestions for cultivating humanistic empathy and alleviating doctor-patient relationship.Methods The interpersonal response index scale and the doctor-patient relationship scale were used to investigate the medical personnel of a class a hospital in tangshan city.Review the positive and negative cases of the doctor-patient relationship in the hospital in the past three years;SPSS17.0 software was used for statistical analysis,and T test and variance analysis were used.Results First according to different demographic variables,the differences in the dimensions of empathy and doctor-patient relationship were measured.Second viewpoint selection of empathy is positively correlated with the three dimensions of doctor-patient relationship,and the correlation coefficient is 0.445;The imagination of empathy was positively correlated with the three dimensions of doctor-patient relationship,and the correlation coefficient was 0.123.Empathic care of empathic ability was positively correlated with the three dimensions of doctor-patient relationship,and the correlation coefficient was 0.129.The individual suffering of empathy is positively correlated with the three dimensions of doctor-patient relationship,and the correlation coefficient is0.112.Third the common sense of medical staff has a certain impact on the doctor-patient relationship.Conclusion Empathy is positively related to doctor-patient relationship and can relieve the tension of doctor-patient relationship.The harmonious relationship between doctors and patients needs the joint efforts of the government,doctors,patients and the society.Figure 1;Table 26;Reference 61...
