ObjectiveTo understand the status quo and influencing factors of psychological capital of nurses in standardized training,and to explore the correlation among psychological capital,professional quality of life and subjective well-being of nurses in standardized training,so as to provide empirical reference for curriculum design and teaching management of standardized training of nurses in standardized training base.Methods :796 standardized training nurses from 9 nurses standardized training bases in Chengdu(7 general hospitals + 2 specialized hospitals,all of w hich are tertiary hospitals)were selected by cluster sampling method as research objects.General information questionnaire,psychological capital questionnaire,professional quality of life scale and general well-being sche dule were surveyed by on-site questionnaire.SPSS24.0 was used to input and analyze the data.The demographic data were described by frequency and percentage.The scores of each variable were described by median.The influencing factors of psychological capital of standardized training nurses were analyzed by rank sum test and logistic regression.The correla tion of each variable was analyzed by Spearman rank correlation.Results:1?In this study,796 questionnaires were distributed,796 were recovered and 747 were valid.The effective rate was 93.844%;2?The scores of psychological capital and its dimensions of standar dized training nurses were :psychological capital 4.292(3.875,4.625),effi cacy 4.667(4.000,5.000),hope 4.333(3.833,4.833),resilience 4.000(3.667,4.500),optimism 4.000(3.667,4.333);3?There were differences in scores of psychological capital among s tandardized training nurses with different educational level,starting time of standardized training and training frequency,and there were significant differences(P<0.05);4?The scores of each dimension of professional quality of life of st andardized training nurses were: compassion satisfaction 50.229(43.660,56.798),secondary trauma 50.029(42.772,57.286),burnout 49.935(42.980,56.890).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that psychological c apital of standardized training nurses was positively correlated with comp assion satisfaction(P<0.01),psychological capital was negatively correl ated with burnout(P<0.01);5?The scores of subjective well-being and its dimensions of standar dized training nurses were :subjective well-being 74.000(66.000,83.000),energy 18.000(15.000,20.000),depression or pleasure 16.000(13.000,18.000),relaxation and tension 15.000(13.000,18.000),emotional and beha vioral control 13.000(11.000,15.000),health concerns7.000(5.000,8.000),satisfaction and interest in life 6.000(5.000,8.000,);Spearman rank cor relation analysis showed that psychological capital of standardized training nurses was positively correlated with subjective well-being(P<0.01);6?Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that compassion satisfa ction of standardized training nurses was positively correlated with subjec tive well-being(P<0.01),while burnout and secondary trauma were negatively correlated with subjective well-being(P<0.01).Conclusion:1?The psychological capital of standardized training nurses is in the upper middle level,and the scores of resilience and optimism dimensions are the lowest.It is suggested that nursing managers take measures to improve the psychological capital of standardized training nurses,especially the developing and training of resilience and optimism dimensions,in order to reduce the turnover rate and stabilize the nursing team.2?There were differences in the scores of psychological capital amo ng nurses in standardized training with different educational level,starting time of standardized training and training frequency;it is suggested that nursing managers should take measures to improve the psychological capi tal of nurses with high academic,strengthen the theoretical and operation al training of nurses with standardized training,and improve the standard ized training plan of nurses so as to improve the psychological capital of nurses with standardized training and stabilize the nursing team3?The professional quality of life of standardized training nurses is in the middle level.The higher the psychological capital of standardized training nurses,the higher the professional quality of life.4?The subjective well-being of standardized training nurses is at a higher level.The higher the psychological capital of standardized training nurses,the higher the subjective well-being,the higher the professional quality of life of standardized training nurses,the higher the subjective well-being.
