| PurposeIn theory,through access to relevant literature,understand the research progress and current status of diagnosis and treatment of infantile anorexia;in clinic,clinical observation of the effect of Tiaoganlipi granules in treating the syndrome of deficiency of spleen and hyperactivity of liver type,and through the test before and after the treatment serum Ghrelin,Leptin,trace elements and its mechanism carry on the preliminary discussion,so as to treat deficiency of spleen and hyperactivity of liver type in children with anorexia and provide clinical thinking,to further clarify the TCM treatment of infantile anorexia advantage.MethodsA total of 64 children with anorexia due to spleen deficiency and liver Yang were collected and randomly divided into two groups,including 32 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given the Tiaoganlipi granules,and the control group was given Combined bacillus subtilis and enter ococcus faecium granules with multivitamines live,the treatment course was 4 weeks.In the study,2 cases were lost in the treatment group and 2 cases were lost in the control group,and 60 cases were collected finally.The syndrome scores were counted before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,and the laboratory indexes were measured before and after the treatment.Of the 60 children,24 of the children had complete information of Ghrelin,Leptin and trace elements,including 14 in the treatment group and 10 in the control group.The comprehensive evaluation of clinical efficacy was carried out in combination with symptomatic improvement and the level of index detection.Results1 Aspects of disease efficacyAfter 2 weeks of treatment,8 cases were cured in the treatment group,7 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,50%had a significant effect,and the total effective rate was 86.7%.The control group recovered 1 case,5 cases were markedly effective,and 3 cases were effective.In 21 cases,the revealing rate reaching 20%,and the total effective rate was 30%.There was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.After treatment for 4 weeks,the treatment group recovered 20 cases,6 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective,0 cases were ineffective,the revealing rate reaching 86.7%,and the total effective rate was 100%.The control group recovered 6 cases,8 cases were markedly effective,and 14 cases were effective.In 2 cases,the revealing rate reaching 46.7%,and the total effective rate was 93.3%.The difference in efficacy between the two groups before and after treatment was significant,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group after 4 weeks of treatment was significantly better than that after 2 weeks of treatment.After the follow-up of 1 month after treatment,2 patients in the treatment group relapsed with a recurrence rate of 6.7%,while 5 patients in the control group had recurrence with a recurrence rate of 16.7%.The relapse rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.2 Syndrome efficacyAfter 2 weeks of treatment,0 cases were cured,2 cases were markedly effective,24 cases were effective,and 4 cases were ineffective.The revealing rate reaching 6.7%and the total effective rate was 93.3%.The control group was cured in 0 cases,markedly effective in 0 cases and effective in 6 cases.In 24 cases,the revealing rate was 0 and the total effective rate was 20%.There was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.After treatment for 4 weeks,the treatment group was cured in 6 cases,markedly in 23 cases,effective in 1 case,ineffective in 0 cases,with the revealing rate of 96.7%and total effective rate of 100%.The control group recovered 0 cases,markedly effective in 2 cases,effective in 27 cases.Invalid in 1 case,the revealing rate reaching 6.7%,and the total effective rate was 96.7%.There was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.There was a significant difference in efficacy between the two groups before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment in the treatment group,the efficacy of the syndrome was significantly better than that after two weeks of treatment.3 Symptom improvementIn terms of appetite and food intake,the treatment group was better than the control group after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,and the treatment group had better efficacy than the control group after 4 weeks of treatment.In terms of complexion and stool,the two groups were significantly improved after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The curative effect was better after 4 weeks of treatment.For drinking and vomiting,the treatment group improved significantly after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment.In the control group,the symptoms improved after 4 weeks of treatment.The treatment group had better efficacy than the control group.In terms of bloating and weight,the treatment group had a significant effect at the 4th week of treatment,while the control group showed no significant improvement.The 4 weeks after the treatment,the improvement of abdominal distension was better in the treatment group than in the control group,but there was no significant difference in body weight.In terms of urgency,the two groups improved significantly after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment,the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.In terms of fatigue,the treatment group improved significantly after 4 weeks of treatment,and the control group had poor efficacy.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group after 4 weeks of treatment.4 Laboratory indicatorsIn terms of Ghrelin and Leptin levels,the serum levels of Ghrelin in the two groups increased before and after treatment,and the Leptin levels decreased,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.In terms of trace elements,zinc and calcium levels increased after 4 weeks of treatment in both groups,and the efficacy of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group.ConclusionThe effect of Tiaoganlipi granules is effective,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with anorexia due to deficiency of spleen and hyperactivity of liver type,especially in children’s appetite,food intake,complexion and stool and so on.The curative effect is better than that of Combined bacillus subtilis and enter ococcus faecium granules with multivitamines live.Through laboratory examination,it has some effect on regulating the Ghrelin,Leptin,zinc and calcium.On the premise of treatment,mechanism and clinical effect of Tiaoganlipi granules in treating anorexia due to deficiency of spleen and hyperactivity of liver type were discussed,reflects the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of infantile anorexia.For treating the syndrome of deficiency of spleen and hyperactivity of liver,there has significant value. |
