Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Infantile Anorexia Syndrome With Spleen Deficiency And Liver - Stasis By

Objective：I theory, by refer to the papers about infantile anorexia,we get the newest information on the diagnosis and treatment progress of infantile anorexia.In clinic,To observe the clinical effect of using Tiao-gan Li-pi mixture to treat the infantile anorexia due to deficiency of spleen and hyperactivity of liver, dialectical Chinese herb is proved having an clinical advantage for the treatment of the disease.it also provide a new clinical thought to treat the infantile anorexia due to deficiency of spleen and hyperactivity of live.Method:All the 60 cases were collected from pediatric client of the Dong zhi men hospital and conform to the diagnostic criteria of the infantile anorexia due to deficiency of spleen and hyperactivity of live.These cases were 1:1 divided into 2 groups:The treatment group (30 cases) was treated by Tiao-gan Li-pi mixture.The control group of 30 cases was treated by Qi-pi oral liquid. A treatment course last 1 weeks.After 2 and 4 treatment course,each group observed and recorded before and after medication in children with clinical symptoms,to analyze the date and to compare two group total effective rate and the symptoms and before and after treatment.Result:In the aspect of clinical curative effect after treatment for 2 weeks, the treatment group healed 1 case,21 cases significant effected,8 cases of effect, non-effected 1 case.the heal and significant effective rate was 73.3%. On the other hand, the control group healed 0 case,6 cases significant effected,15 cases effected, non-effected 9 cases, the heal and significant effective rate was 20.0%. However,in the aspect of clinical curative effect after treatment for 4 weeks, the treatment group healed 12 cases,11 cases markedly effected, effective for the 7 cases,0 no effect, the heal and significant effected show at a rate of 76.7%. While the control group were cured 0 cases,5 cases markedly effective, effective for 19 cases,1 no effect.the heal and significant effected show at a rate of 20.0%.There is significant difference between the trial and control group in Improving children with anorexia complexion, vexed, defecate order integral aspect after treatment for 2 and 4 weeks.the treatment group is superior to the control group. there is no significant difference between treatment group and control group in the aspect of mental. Two groups of children with abdominal distension all improved after treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks. The treatment group is superior to control group in improving abdominal distension after treatment for 4 weeks, and there is no difference between treatment group and control group in the aspect of abdominal distension after treatment 2 weeks.In terms of weight, the treatment group was increased after treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks,while the control group is not obvious.but there is no difference between treatment group and control group in the aspect of weight after treatment 2 weeks and 4 weeks. During the treatment,two group of children have not any untoward effect.Follow up 1 month,the recurring rate of the observation group is lower than the control group.Conclusion:Tiao-gan Li-pi mixture can improve the main symptoms and secondary symptoms of pediatric patients with anorexia.It has an exact effect and significant better than Qi-pi oral liquid.It reflects the syndrome differentiation treatment have an advantage in treatment of the children with anorexia.at the same time, the study.also confirm that the liver and infantile anorexia have close relationship. On the basis of transporting spleen,the tutor stress on adding the idea of calming the liver, which is a key factor to treat the disease.
