The Study On The Rule Of Drug Use Of Collateral Pain Based On Ming And Qing Medical Cases And Clinical Observation Of The Intervention Of Jiaweixiaoyao Powder

Objective: To investigate and summarize the rule of medicine for treating the pain of the flank in Ming and Qing dynasties.To observe the clinical effect of Jiaweixiaoyao Powder on liver depression and hysteresis.To provide the theoretical basis and practical basis for Chinese medicine treatment of Hypochondriac pain.Methods: 1.Using the words " hypochondriac pain" "flank pain" "rib-side pain" "side rib pain" "chest pain" as search words,searching the electronic publication "Chinese medical book" records,collect the medical cases of different medical practitioners in Ming and Qing dynasties,organize their prescription medicine,establish a drug database,using statistics software SPSS 17.0 to carry on the analysis of drug frequency,factor analysis,cluster analysis.High frequency subdrugs and basic drugs were screened.2.A total of 60 patients with hepatic depression and hysteresis were reported.30 patients were divided into control group and 30 patients with random number table respectively.The control group was given the treatment of JiaWeixiaoYao Powder,and the control group was given the treatment of Heluoshugan capsule.Results: In this study,504 medical cases were recorded in Ming and Qing Dynasties,which involved 276 kinds of drugs,and 81 kinds of high frequency subdrugs were screened.In these drugs,the frequency of use of more than 15 % Angelica,tuckahoe,licorice,half summer,white Peony,Peel,perianth flower,tulip,bitter almond,gongdan skin,peach,briar shell,bupleurum;On the sexual taste more cold(slightly cold),temperature(slightly warm)drugs,plain drugs,heat,heat and cold products rarely used;The medicine mainly belongs to spleen,stomach,liver and gall.On the drug classification to fill the virtual medicine,gas medicine,antipyretic drugs,blood-activating drugs.The 19 related drugs were analyzed by factor analysis.Through cluster analysis,the basic drugs were obtained: Bupleurum,Chen,Fructus Fructus,Paeoniae,Glycyrrhiza,Angelica,Poria tuckahoe,Fructus,Pinellia,Curcuma and Scutellaria.The total efficiency of the experimental group was 93.33% and that of the control group was 76.67%.The P value of the two groups was less than 0.05 before and after treatment.In the experimental group,the P value was less than 0.05 in improving the four symptoms: flank pain,attack shoulder back,abdominal distension and mood dysphoria.Compared with the control group,the P value was less than 0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion: From the whole concept,the treatment mainly from Qi hysteresis,blood stasis,wet heat,Yin deficiency,attention to the application of QI management,tonifying deficiency,blood circulation and heat,good reason and blood circulation.The treatment of liver depression and hysteresis type of Womalgia patients has a significant effect.
