Study On The Acupoints Selection And Compatibility In The Acupuncture Treatment Of Hypochondriac Pain Before Qing And Qing Dynasty

Objective: In order to provide guidance and reference for modern clinical application,this study collate relevant data on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of hypochondriac pain by retrieving ancient documents.Methods: With the method of computer retrieval,published on the Hunan electronic audio of the "Chinese medical classics"(2013 Fifth Edition)which included more than 1000 Chinese medical books for data retrieval,retrieval with manual correction,"xie tong" "xie man tong" "xie xia pi ying" "xie xia ying man" "xiong xie ku man" "xie xia jian man" "liang xie xia tong " "liang xie ci tong" "xie xia jian tong" "xie xia pian tong" as the main search field,on the relevant provisions of the retrieved corrected to improve books.The articles were collected and counted,and a database was set up to analyze the characteristics of acupoint selection and compatibility of the acupuncture treatment for hypochondriac pain.Results: There are 700 acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions for acupuncture and moxibustion for hypochondriac pain in ancient medical books,including 641 single acupoint prescriptions,23 prescriptions for acupoints and 36 multi point prescriptions,which are mainly by pricking or moxibustion,involving 125 acupoints and 850 times,and acupoints should be used most in combination with acupoints of foot Jue Yin liver meridian acupoints and foot Shaoyang gall acupoints.The same name is the main acupoint.Conclusion: The ancient acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of hypochondriac pain,the acupuncture and moxibustion prescription mainly use single point,gradually develop to the multi point group,reflecting the academic progress;acupoints application,pay attention to the near point selection,remote selection of points and specific acupoints application;the application of ancient and modern point selection slightly difference.
