Study Drug Law Jaundice Ming Medical Case

The purpose of this research lies in sorting out the consilias documents of jaundice during the Ming and Qing dynasties. In combination with the statistical methods, it is to explore the medication rules of jaundice by treated of the ancient Chinese medicine therapy during the Ming and Qing dynasties, and to provide data for the clinical treatment and the scientific research work of jaundice. By using of document method to collect jaundice literature during the Ming and Qing dynasties, and the key words from the electronic publication the Chinese Canon of Medicine just as ’pone’,’pyretic abundance’,’jaundice disease’,’Yang jaundice’,’Yin jaundice’,’cereal jaundice’,’wine jaundice’,’black jaundice’,’female fatigue jaundice’,’acute jaundice’,’scourge jaundice’,’weakness jaundice’, etc. this research finds out the related medical records to treat the jaundice disease during the Ming and Qing dynasties. On the analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis, symptom, treatment in selected jaundice diseases, the reasons of jaundice disease can be divided into Yang jaundice and Yin jaundice. Then by regulating these screened medicine for data standardization and establishing database of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) respectively, and by using of frequency analysis, factor analysis and cluster analysis to the database for statistical analysis, and analyzing statistical results by the recognition and using the Chinese medical theories during the Ming and Qing dynasties, the results show that:I.When treating the Yang jaundice, the damp-clearing drugs are topped of the medicines with the effect particularly important, heat-clearing drugs the second, diaphoretic drug the third, qi-regulating drugs the fourth. In statistics of a single drug and frequency, the first four are wormwood, poria cocos, gardenia and alisma respectively. Ⅱ.When treating Yin jaundice, the damp-clearing drugs are still topped of the medicines, the weakness-treated drugs the second, qi-regulating drugs the third, interior-warming drug the fourth. Single-agent frequency statistics, the first four are poria cocos, alisma, capillary artemisia and atractylodes respectively.Ⅲ. The cure characteristics:spleen and stomach are priority when something wrong with viscera; identify the primary and secondary when the symptoms and treatment homologous; using medicine is given priority to the damp-clearing drugs, heat-clearing drugs or weakness-treated drugs secondary.
