were 10 cases of emotional illness alone.A total of 964 medical records were collected. The total frequency of seven emotions is 1144 times.23.6%of the medical records are more comprehensive, indicating the surname, gender, age, symptoms, syndrome differentiation and treatment.1.608 cases(63.1%)were clearly recorded in the medical records, and 356(37.0%)were male, and the incidence of females was more than that of males. In addition,middle-aged and elderly, male sergeants are susceptible to illness.2.In addition to focusing on the special emotional door or Yumen, the emotional illness case is widely in the medical case. The second part:the Ming and Qing Dynasties doctors filed a lawsuit, and the medical records related to emotional illness are quite large, with remarkable features and achievements. It shows that the doctors in this period generally accepted the seven-sense theory. The third part:1.In the medical record, the target of emotional illness is more common in women,middle-aged,elderly,and official.2.Emotional pathogenic features are intertwined, often caused by anger. Most of the acute onset is concentrated in anger.Sadness and worry are usually slower.Emotional disease and its extensiveness can involve various systems of the whole body.It is very dangerous, often causing danger.Under intense emotional stimulation, there may be sudden death risks such as qi and cytoplasm.Rickets, epilepsy, plum nuclear, madness, chest, stroke, and stagnation are susceptible to recurrence.3.The stimulating factors that cause emotional changes come from external factors, such as people, things, things in the living environment, and factors from the inside of the body. The source of stress from society is the biggest emotional pathogenic factor.4.The influence of emotional illness on the internal organs is complicated, and the most likely to affect the liver.Emotional illness is not a single-emotional "five-injury and five-dirty”model,and multiple emotions are more likely to cause disease and liver injury. The disease is in the heart, and gradually he is dirty, and the person who is chronically ill is more involved in the kidney.Different emotions are different from the dirty ones. The stagnation of the disease is most of the liver, followed by the spleen, fainting, convulsions and other sorrows and grief, thinking about the disease and hurting the spleen and kidney.5.On the pathogenesis, emotional illness is caused by a single viscera,a single pathogenesis, and more visceral disorders,qi and blood loss and miscellaneous diseases.Among them, liver qi stagnation, liver qi stagnation, liver stagnation and spleen are more common.6.Overall,drug treatment combined with emotional conditioning is the most important measure for treating emotional syndromes in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. |
