Objective Understand the training information of specialist nurses in Anhui Province,To investigate and understand the working condition of specialized nurses after returning to their original units after their training,and the stat us quo of their use and management of specialist nurses.Find out the problems in training and using management of specialist nurses.The related suggestions are put forward to provide references for hospital managers to make rational use of specialist nurses.Method A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 315 trainees who completed the training of specialist nurses in Anhui in 2015 by using the questionnaire of nurse satisfaction linkt scale and convenience sampling.Using the objective sampling method,the head nurse of Anhui hospital nursing leadership or department management was selected,and the semi structured interview was used to understand the cognitive evaluation of nursing managers on the training and management of specialist nurses.The contents of the questionnaire for junior nurses include: general situation,working status,salary and welfare,working environment and so on.The interviewed hospital managers directly used the head of nursing department and head nurse of wards for medical institutions.The main theme of the interview is "what is the opinion of a specialist nurse;the difference in the use and management of the hospital after the training of a specialist nurse;what is the opinion or suggestion for the training and management of a specialist nurse",To understand the evaluation of the current situation of professional nurses’ work by organizational managers,and to promote the professional development and management of specialist nurses.Results A total of 315 questionnaires were sent out,304 questionnaires were returned,304 valid questionnaires were available,and the effective recovery rate was 96.5%.A total of 304 trainees who received effective questionnaires were from 113 hospitals above two level,including three hospitals and 33 hospitals,accounting for 29.2% of the total hospitals.There are 80 hospitals in grade two,accounting for 70.2% of the total hospitals.The number of training in tertiary hospitals is 130,which accounts for 42.7% of the total number of training.The number of training in grade two hospitals is169,accounting for 55.5% of the total number of training.(2)the total score of professional nurses’ job satisfaction is(3.25 points 0.83).According to the scale score,the overall job satisfaction is at a moderate level.There was no statistically significant difference in satisfaction of hospital management among different hospital level nurses,P > 0.05.The training work of specialist nurses is hindered by the limited number of training places,the scarcity of talents,the lack of support for specialized nurses in the hospital and the deviation of the cognition of some specialized nurses in some hospitals.(4)Training a total of 9 specialized fields for specialist nurses.The title of the title is mainly concentrated in the intermediate and primary titles.The roles of managers in charge of duties are overlapped with those of head nurses.There are not many opportunities for professional ability to play,so the function of specialist nurses can not be brought into full play,resulting in the waste of human resources.(5)lack of qualification certification system for specialist nurses.Conclusion We should pay attention to training quality of specialist nurses and expand training categories of specialist nurses.Improve the post system construction,the establishment of specialized nurses in full-time jobs;Occupation development path of developing specialized nurses,improve the welfare of nurses;Demonstrate the effectiveness of specialist nursing,strive for the support of hospital administrators,standardize the certification of specialist nurses,and ensure qualified personnel.
