ObjectiveTo investigate the status of job burnout, positive mood and psychological elasticity of nurses in the operating room of Grade 3A and Grade 3B hospitals in Zibo City, and to further analyze the correlation among them, and to screen the main factors that affect the nurses' job burnout in the operating room.To explore the mediating effects of positive emotion between psychological elasticity and job burnout in order to provide scientific basis for the prevention and intervention of job burnout in operating room nurses from the point of view of positive psychology.MethodsThis stduy adopted the cross-sectional research method, taking Zibo third-level hospital as the research site, and taking the operating room nurses in the research site as the research objects.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the research objects in the research site in December 2018.General situation questionnaire, psychological elasticity scale, positive and negative emotion scale and Chinese version of Job Burnout scale were used as the survey tools.SPSS 21.0 was used to organize and input the data,t-West,variance analysis(ANOVA)and Pearson correlation analysis were used to process and analyze the data.Non-conditional logistic regression analysis was used to screen the influencing factors of job burnout.Sequential test and Sobel test was used to analyze the mediating effects of positive emotions.Results1.The basic information of the research objects There were 165 nurses in operating room of seven third-level hospitals under investigation, mainly aged from 26 to 30 years old(38.8%).The nursing age was mainly 5?10 years(37.0%).The professional titles were mainly nurse practitioner and supervisor nurses(33.3%and 30.3%respectively).Bachelor's degree accounted for 64.2%.Marital status was mainly married(79.4%);63.0 percent of respondents had contracted labor relations with hospitals;71.5 percent of nurses stated they had not received psychological training;54.5 percent of respondents had a monthly income of 4,000-6,000 yuan.2.The study results of job burnout 96 of the subjects in the study met the threshold of the norm of job burnout, and the detection rate of job burnout was 58.2%.Among them,43,38 and 15 subjects were in mild, moderate and severe degree of job burnout, accounting for 26.1%,23.0%and 9.1%respectively.69 of them had no job burnout, accounting for 41.8%.The distribution of job burnout in each dimension was 39.4%,33.9%and 26.1%in emotional fatigue, job indifference and individual inaccomplishment respectively. The level of job burnout was moderate, moderate and high in the dimensions of emotional fatigue, job indifference and individual inaccomplishment respectively.3.The study results of psychological elasticity and positive emotion The total score of psychological elasticity was(64.10±13.12),which was lower than that of national norm and 82 subjects scored higher than the norm, accounting for 49.7%.The average score of positive emotion was(27.75 ±7.05).4.Study results on influence factors of job burnout The results of the single-factor analysis of the influence factors of job burnout showed that the study object's nursing age, professional title and education background were associated with job burnout;non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that after correcting gender, hospital level, age, nursing age, professional title, educational background, marriage, labor relationship, psychological training and monthly income, the psychological elasticity is the independent influence factor of the job burnout.5.Relevant analysis of job burnout, psychological elasticity and positive emotion. There is a positive correlation between the positive emotion and the psychological elasticity(r=0.553,P=0.000).Positive emotion are negatively correlated with the emotional fatigue dimension in the job burnout(r=-0.230,P=0.003).The psychological elasticity is not correlated with the emotional fatigue dimension in the job burnout(r=-0.054,P=0.491).Positive emotions and psychological elasticity are negatively correlated with job indifference dimension in the job burnout respectively,(r=-0.1715 P=0.028;r=-0.212,P=0.006).Positive emotions and psychological elasticity are positively correlated with job personal accomplishment dimension in the job burnout respectively(r=0.504,P=0.000;r=0.626,P=0.000).6.The mediating effect of positive emotion between psychological elasticity and job burnout.Positive emotions have a mediating effect in the lack of job achievement in job burnout. The mediating effect is 0.081(intermediary effects account for 18.38%).Positive emotions do not mediate in the dimensions of emotional fatigue and j ob indifference dimension.Conclusions1.The detection rate of job burnout of nurses in operating room was 58.2%,and the detection rate of mild, moderate and severe job burnout was 26.1%,23.0%and 9.1%,respectively.The emotional fatigue, job indifference and job burnout of the sense of achievement are at moderate, moderate and severe levels.respectively.2.The positive emotion can increase the level of psychological elasticity, and the positive emotion and the psychological elasticity can reduce the level of job burnout in the dimensions of lack of job achievement.3.The positive emotion has an intermediate role between Psychological elasticity and Job Burnout in the Dimension of lack of accomplishment.ProposalNursing managers should focus on the positive psychological strength of nurses in operating room, especially the positive emotion, and provide as many psychological training opportunities or platforms as possible to promote the physical and mental development of nurses in operating room and reduce the occurrence of job burnout.
