Objective: To investigate the status and related factors of job burnout in integrity3A-level general hospital in Urumqi,in order to provide references for nursing management.Methods: By questionnaire survey,A total of181operating nurses were recruited, including Maslach Burnout Inventory, Nurse Job Stressor Scale Coping Style Scale and a self-designed were employed.Results: The scores of emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and personal accomplishment in job burnout were(31.85±8.53),(11.89±5.29),(20.62±7.96)respectively,Compared with foreign,the difference of statistic was significantly (P<0.01);Time distribution and workload is the main factors;The work pressure, the way to deal with the problem,for help were the influence factors.Conclusion: Job burnout of operating room nurses in emotional exhaustion and depersonalization were more serious,personal accomplishment is low;Work stressand coping styles are the one of the main factors. |
