Objective: In recent years,with the rapid development of social progress and the medical technology,nursing work is facing unprecedented challenges.With the increase of working pressure,the nurses' job burnout was obvious,especially the operation room nurses were more outstanding due to the special nature of the work.This study are used to evaluate the effect of PPR(psychological pressure-reducing)to job burnout of ORNs,In order to improve the quality of their lifes and provide a guarantee for the safety of medical work.Methods: 126 ORNs were surveyed by using the convenience sampling method in 6 three level of first-class hospital.A questionnaire survey of nurses' general situation questionnaire and nurses' Occupational Burnout Inventory was conducted.The occupational burnout level of 126 nurses were compared before and after Psychological decompression intervention.Results: Analysis the difference of occupational burnout among the general population before and after the intervention.1 There were significant differences in the total score of job burnout among the 126 subjects before and after the intervention in the study(z =-4.713,P<0.05).2 Analysis the difference of occupational burnout among different groups before intervention.Before the intervention,there was no difference in the total score of job burnout among nurses in different age groups(?~2=0.293,P>0.05),there was no difference in the total score of job burnout among nurses in different marital status(?~2=2.628,P>0.05),there was no difference in the total score of job burnout among nurses in different degree(?~2=1.779,P>0.05),there was no difference in the total score of job burnout among nurses in different title(?~2=1.347,P>0.05),there was no difference in the total score of job burnout among nurses in different working years(?~2=3.417,P>0.05).3 Analysis the difference of occupational burnout among different groups before and after the intervention.Before and after the intervention,the total score of job burnout were different between the 30 and the following years old group(z =4.358,P<0.05)and the 40 and the above years old(t =2.842,P<0.05),there was no difference in the total score of job burnout between the ages of 31 and 40(z =-1.340,P>0.05);Before and after the intervention,the total score of job burnout were different between unmarried(z =-2.864,P<0.05)and married group(z =-4.131,P<0.05),there was no difference in the total score of job burnout among divorced group(t=0.420,P>0.05);Before and after the intervention,the total score of job burnout were different between Junior college(z =-3.875,P<0.05)and Bachelor and the above degree(z=-2.355,P<0.05),there was no difference in the total score of job burnout among the technical secondary school(t=1.388,P>0.05);Before and after the intervention,the total score of job burnout were different between nurses(=-2.619 Z,P<0.05),primary nurse(z =-3.352,P<0.05),the nurse in charge(t=4.594,P<0.05)and the deputy director of the nurse(t=4.138,P<0.05);Before and after the intervention,the total score of job burnout were different between below 2 years(z=-2.855,P<0.05),3-4 years(z=-3.175,P<0.05),5-8 years(z=-2.068,P<0.05),there was no difference in the total score of job burnout between 9 to 14(z=-1.593,P>0.05)year group and more than 15 years group(z=-0.575,P>0.05).Conclusions:1 There was no significant difference in job burnout among nurses with different age,educational background,professional title,position,and operation room working years before intervention.2 Before and after the intervention,there were differences in the level of occupational burnout among nurses in operation room: Operation room nurse occupation burnout level in 30 years and below and above 40 years old group,unmarried and married above group,college and undergraduate group,nurses and primary nurse group,charge nurse and deputy director of the nurse group,less than 2 years and 3-4 years and 5-8 years group were significantly different.3 The psychological decompression intervention significantly reduces operation room nurse occupation burnout level and improves the emotional exhaustion,cynical and low sense of achievement.It is one of the effective ways to promote the physical and mental health of nurses and improve the quality of nursing service that by psychological decompression.
