Objective:Investigate the status of operating room nurses psychological capital and job burnout of the third-grade class-A hospitals in Changchun,Jilin Province.To analysis the correlation and influence of the operating room nurses psychological capital and job burnout.To provide important clues and evidence to improve the operating room nurses psychological capital,reduce the operating room nurses job burnout and improve the quality of the operating room nursing service.Methods:The study adopted Convenience Sampling Method,selecting 320 nurses of three third-grade class-A hospitals in Changchun between July to December 2016 as the research object.Research tools mainly include basic information questionnaire of operating room nurses,Chinese Psy Cap Questionnaire,Maslach Burnout Inventory.Epi Data3.0 software uses to establish a database,SPSS20.0 for statistical analysis.Statistical methods include: descriptive analysis,Mann-Whitney U Test,Kruskal-Wallis Test,Spearman's Correlation Analysis and Multiple Stepwise Regression Analysis.Results:1.The average score of operating room nurses psychological capital is 4.31±0.61.Psychological capital each dimension median score from high to low respectively is: optimistic of 4.67(1.00),self-efficacy of 4.50(1.17),hope of 4.33(1.00),resilience of 4.20(1.00).2.Operating room nurses job burnout in each dimension median scores is: emotional exhaustion of 21.00(13.00),in a moderate level of burnout,Depersonalization of 3.00(6.00),in the mild level of burnout level,Personal accomplishment of 37.00(10.00),in a moderate level of burnout.3.The dimension score inter-group difference of the total score of psychological capital and optimistic among operating room nurses of different age,marital status,professional title,work experience,level,employment nature has statistically significance(P<0.05).The dimension score inter-group difference of self-efficacy among operating room nurses of different age,marital status,professional title,work experience,level,working position,employment nature has statistically significance(P<0.05).The dimension score inter-group difference of hope and resilience among operating room nurses of different age,professional title,work experience,level,employment nature has statistically significance(P<0.05).4.The dimension score inter-group difference of emotional exhaustion among operating room nurses of different work experience,level,wage has statistically significance(P<0.05).The dimension score inter-group difference of depersonalization among operating room nurses of different sex,marital status,age,professional title,work experience,level,working position,employment nature has statistically significance(P<0.05).The dimension score inter-group difference of personal accomplishment among operating room nurses of different educational background,work experience has statistically significance(P<0.05).5.Operating room nurses psychological capital and its various dimensions is negatively correlated with emotional exhaustion,depersonalization(P < 0.05),and is positively related with personal accomplishment(P < 0.05).6.Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that: enter the emotional exhaustion regression equation for,hope and optimism;enter the regression equation to depersonalization for working position,psychological capital,professional titl and resilience;enter personal accomplishment for psychological capital and marital status.Conclusions:1.Operating room nurses psychological capital is at moderate levels,resilience at the lowest levels,so we should pay attention to the operating room nurses resilience level construction,and enhance the ability to resist setback of the group.2.Operating room nurses emotional exhaustion and personal accomplishment are in a moderate level of burnout,depersonalization is in mild burnout level,so we should n the basis of raising the level of confidence and self evaluation in the group,further reduce the degree of depersonalization.3.Psychological capital is correlated with job burnout,so to improve operating room nurses psychological capital helps to reduce the job burnout.4.Age,marital status,professional title,work experience,level,employment nature are the main factors influencing the operating room nurses psychological capital and optimism dimension.Age,marital status,professional title,work experience,level,working position,employment nature are the main factors influencing the operating room nurses self-efficacy dimensions.Age,professional title,work experience,level,employment nature are the main factors influencing the operating room nurses hope and resilience.5.working experience,level,wage optimism and hope are the main factosr influencing the operating room nurses emotional exhaustion.In addition,optimistic and hope are negatively correlated with emotional exhaustion.Sex,age,marital status,professional title,working experience,level,working position,employment nature resilience,optimistic and psychological capital are the main factors influencing the operating room nurses depersonalization.In addition,working position,psychological capital,toughness and professional title,are negatively correlation to depersonalization,visiting nurse to personal level is lower than the Instrument nurses.Educational background,working experience,and psychological capital are the main factors influencing the operating room nurses personal achievement.
