Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of The Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue Treatment Of Primary Hypothyroidism

Objective:Ob serve the use of the clinical efficacy of the Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue treatment of Primary Hypothyroidism,and make a theoretical study and discussion on the etiology and present therapy of Primary Hypothyroidism in the Traditional Chinese medicine and the Western medicine.Methods:Clinical selection with test case standards of60cases of primary hypothyroidism, randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group, each group of30patients.While the control group using Euthyrox alone, the observation group adding with the Chinese medicine decoction of Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue.Two months for a course, study a course of treatment, recorded the main clinical signs and symptoms and laboratory tests of thyroid function of integral data before and after the treatment.Results:By statistical analysis,the general information of the two groups before treatment, including gender, age, duration, the two groups don’t have obvious differences(P>0.05),and are commeasurable.Group and group statistical comparison analysis of symptom score in both groups before and after treatment and thyroid function and found that the two groups in symptom score before treatment and thyroid function(P>0.05),no statistically significant in both groups were commeasurable;Between the two groups after treatment of symptomatic efficacy evaluation of the integral and disease Clinical evaluation(P<0.05), statistically significant, based on the above description confirmed in the combination therapy group than the control group in terms of clinical symptoms and signs to improve primary hypothyroidism and thyroid function.Conclusions:Using the the Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue method and Euthyrox to improve the clinical symptoms of Primary Hypothyroidism, signs and thyroid function,compared with single Western medicine Euthyrox has an obvious advantage.
