Fire Needle Yiqi Huoxue Decoction (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type) After Herpes Zoster Neuralgia Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective:To investigate the fire needle yiqi huoxue soup treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type after herpes zoster neuralgia of the clinical curative effect.Methods:A randomized controlled method, the 2nd affiliated hospital dermatology clinic in heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine outpatient service included in the standard of 90 patients were divided into three groups, the treatment group 30 cases, give local fire needle treatment and oral yiqi huoxue soup; Control group 130 example, giving yiqi huoxue soup oral treatment; Control group 1130 example, dropping pill for rhizoma corydalis analgesic (by the gansu province, gansu god RongFa pharmaceutical co., LTD., production, Z20010024) approved by the oral treatment. A course of 4 weeks, integral comparison before and after treatment pain, pain in the 4 weekend time interval and duration to improve the situation.Results:After treatment, the curative effect of three group were improved to varying degrees. Treatment group total effective rate was 96.67%, control group â… , the total effective rate was 85.71%, total effective rate was 68.97% in control group â…¡, and the treatment group and control group â…  and control group â…¡, control group compared with control group â…¡ â…  all have significant difference, P< 0.05. Treatment group before and after treatment in the degree of pain, pain duration of integral, pain time interval integral three aspects all have significant differences, P*< 0.05, the control group â… , group â…¡ before and after treatment have significant differences in three aspects, Pa <0.05.Conclusion:Duration of yiqi huoxue soup in alleviating pain and pain time interval is better than that of rhizoma corydalis analgesic dropping pill, fire needle yiqi huoxue soup and qi deficiency can effectively relieve blood stasis type heritage neuralgia after herpes zoster, curative effect is superior to the pure oral medicinal broth therapy, and fire needle therapy has a simple operation, high safety, efficacy significantly, and the characteristics of the side effects of small, therefore, the fire needle yiqi huoxue soup is the treatment of qi deficiency blood stasis type optimal scheme of heritage neuralgia after herpes zoster, worth of clinical popularization and application.
