Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of balanced chiropractic treatment for cervical vertigo,to explore the pathogenesis of cervical vertigo and to balance the mechanism of balanced chiropractic treatment, and to optimize the existing treatment plan. Methods:The patients were selected from November 2017 to December 2018.They were all treated at Guo Yi Tang,Xianlin Community Health Service C.enter,Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. All of them were randomly selected.A total of 60 cases were enrolled in the study, which were randomly divided into the conventional acupuncture group and the chiropractic treatment group. Each patient was treated three times a week for a total of six.The total course of treatment was twenty-eight days.ESCV score and TCD were detected before and after treatment.Data analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results:1.After the treatment of 2 weeks, the VAS score was lower than before, there are differences in the results(P<0.05).The ESCV score was higher than that of the original score, there are differences in the results(P<0.05).Both the treatment group and the control group can achieve curative effect and have a significant effect on vertigo improvement. It's more effective in the balanced chiropractic treatment group.2.We compared the score of LVA,RVA and BA between the two groups before and after treatment and there are differences in the results(P<0.05).The vertebral-basal artery velocity was improved in both groups after treatment. There are differences in the results. The balanced chiropractic treatment group was better in blood flow velocity.3.After the treatment, the efficiency of the treatment group was 93.10%,the significant rate was 28.57%,and the ineffective rate was 7.14%.The efficiency of the control group was 82.76%,the significant rate was 10.71%,and the ineffective rate was 17.86%.There are differences in the results(P<0.05).The treatment group has a better treatment than the control group.Conclusion:1.Balanced chiropractic treatment and conventional acupuncture therapy have good curative effect on relieving symptoms and improving blood flow of patients with cervical vertigo.2.Balanced chiropractic treatment is more effective than conventional acupuncture therapy in the total efficiency.Through this clinical observation,it is considered that the balanced chiropractic treatment has clinical guiding significance for the treatment of patients with cervical vertigo, and can be promoted for clinical use.
